We're currently searching for a full time web designer/developer who
poses both creative and strong technical skills. This person will be
responsible for designing, building and managing small to mid-size
websites. They will work directly with clients and other designers to
create user-friendly interfaces that are both creative and effective.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in web industry/agency
experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Action Scripting,
Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator
- Must possess excellent attention to detail, solid project
management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and
deadlines

Experience in the following an added bonus
- SEO/SEM, Pay per click advertising
- PHP, MySQL, ASP, XHTML
- OS Commerce or other e-commerce and open source solutions
- Print, Video or Animation
- CMS systems
- Server administration/IT Support

Primary Responsibilities
- Design and build new web sites
- Maintain and further develop existing sites
- Ensure that web sites meet web standards and remain
accessible across browsers and operating systems
- Create interactive projects and provide insight on new
technologies
- Manage domains and web hosting accounts
