FOCUS GROUP (FG) OBJECTIVES

Focus Groups provide a forum for discussion, planning, and communication of ideas for customers to more effectively utilize the SMS MedSeries4 products. They also provide an avenue for input to SMS on product direction of existing or new modules, applications and technologies. As appropriate and within the resource allocations of SMS, the Focus Groups may provide input on the prioritization and specifications for fixes and enhancements.


Focus Groups' attendees will be updated by SMS on application direction as determined by other influences, i.e., government regulations, custom programming that will be incorporated into base applications, and market demand as determined by Request For Proposals and other requests for information. Likewise, client representatives will provide SMS with information on government regulations or the need for other changes that they become aware of. As a company, SMS reserves the right to determine final product direction as communicated to Focus Group members.
