Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: *Alabama, Arizona,

Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia and Wyoming. *UFOs were observed in: *Brazil,
Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, and
UK/England.*



The purpose of these files is to report weekly the UFO eyewitness and
photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in
space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only
exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each
month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance
of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I was ordered to
intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. The US Air
Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more than twenty years,
we continue this research.

Moon Structure Found About Center of the Moon on NASA Google

  Richard Buchli D.V.M. writes, *"Google Earth's shows a Moon Structure from
NASA satellites at 19 58'48.31N 21 11'35.57E. This is one of the subsurface
structures that is 755 feet wide. All of my findings have been within a
corridor 240 by 80 miles. So far I have not found signs of life anywhere
outside of this region."*



I have sent you pictures of three more craft, making a total of four so far.
Also five subsurface building locations have been located.



I have been researching the NASA, ASU, JAXA images on the Moon over 10 hours
today and anticipate being able to send you a whole fleet in the future.
Google Earth streams show a series of newly released structures and craft on
the Moon. Wireless networks enable users to virtually go anywhere on the
moon and see places in photographic detail. This is a 3D model of the real
world, based on real satellite images.

  Spaceship or Structure Found on the Moon

Richard Buchli D.V.M writes, "*This is the most exciting thing I have ever
found! It is located on NASA image and Japanese Jaxa Selene images at 20 51
42 06N   19 20 41 57E." *The object is thought to be 500 feet long and
appears to have windows and wings



*Editor's Note:* Correction. Artist Bill McDonald writes, "*The drawing you
credit to Cosmonaut Alexandr Baladin in last week's Filer's Files of the UFO
seen in orbit was a drawing I rendered for Henry Winkler at the Paramount
Television series "Sightings." *I'm the same artist who brought the
two *Roswell
UFO* model kits to the Testor Corporation and the UFO vehicle concept for
the *"Roswell"* Showtime movie.



The drawing of the UFO craft was a loose reconstruction attempt based upon
the sighting from the statements of Russia Cosmonauts who photographed a
'Sliver' of space debris around the Mir and/or a Soyuz capsule in orbit
circa 1993. I recall that a Russian cosmonaut did provide a rough-crude
hand-lined sketch. The cosmonaut emphasized the four window-like ports
toward the tapered end and the two more vertical ports to the wider end.
After several hours I ended up designing a configuration which incorporated
the blending of fuselage to wing-form in a manner which facilitated the
"Shard" into a "Wave-rider" configuration. Please credit me as the forensic

  UFO above Underground Structure

  Richard Buchli writes, This NASA image appears to be an underground Moon
entrance structure located at 21 06'57.59 N 17 20'50.57 E on Google
Earth/Moon. We can assume the aliens use underground bases and are likely

  India's Moon Satellite Finds Minerals

*BANGALORE*: The Hindu India's National Newspaper reports, *"In its 10-month
orbit around the moon, India's Chandrayaan-1's X-ray Spectrometer (C1XS) has
detected titanium, and confirmed the presence of calcium.* C1XS detected
magnesium, aluminum and silicon during normal conditions, and detected
calcium, iron, titanium, sodium and potassium in key areas in the southern
hemisphere and on the far side of the Moon during the solar flares. .

University of Wisconsin Scientists Want to Mine Moon's Energy

*MADISON* - University of Wisconsin-Madison scientists believe moon rocks
contain all the energy the United States needs for the next millennium. "*The
moon's surface is full of the energy source helium-3", *said Gerald
Kulcinski, a nuclear engineering professor and director of the Fusion
Technology Institute at UW. "*If we could land the space shuttle on the
moon, fill the cargo with canisters of helium-3 mined from the surface and
bring the shuttle back to Earth, that cargo would supply the entire
electrical power needs of the United States for an entire year,"* he said. "
*Helium-3 provides one million times more energy per pound than a ton of
coal and does not produce greenhouse emissions, and mining it would do

  Commanding General of the French Air Forces Says UFOs Are Real

Sightings in the United States




Alabama & Pennsylvania Activity

John Jaeger writes, *"For the past year, I've been working in SE Alabama.
I've been watching unusual stationary or geo-sync 'stars' that change
color."* I've used a powerful set of binoculars but all it does it make the
changing colors more clear. I can't get any indication of size or see any
type of craft. What I've noticed is the increase in "stars with changing
colors". That's what really caught my attention. I'd seen the stars for the
past seven months in the same area of the sky that could be a satellite but
I'm not so sure. My binoculars have a camera so I'm going to see if I can
snap some close up pictures.



I recently moved my family from Souderton, Hilltown Township Pennsylvania to
Alabama. There is a Naval Air Station in Doylestown with heavy air traffic.
Every once in a while we'd hear a really loud (house shaking) planes but I
could never locate them in the sky. Interestingly, those really loud planes
were flown while there was a low overcast ceiling making it hard to find.
But even on clear days, I couldn't see them in the sky. I know that sound is
deceiving, but when the house shakes I think its overhead. Could it be a

  Arizona Red Mass Falls from Ship

*QUEEN CREEK* -- The witness was out viewing the Perseid meteor showers on
August 9, 2009, at 9:55 PM, when he saw an object to the north and a large
red mass which "appeared to drip like water" from the object. The mass
descended and stopped. He grabbed his camera and snapped several photos. The
red mass was visible for 10 to 15 minutes and then abruptly disappeared. The
photo was taken towards the North Star (Polaris). Williams Field Air Force
Base and Luke Air Force Base are in the direction of where the photos were
taken with a Kodak Z1015 IS (12 megapixel) digital camera.



*Note:* It is not known if the military was conducting exercises in the area
and if they were, one wonders what the "red mass" would be? According to the
witness no fire retardant was being dropped and no fires were in the area.

California - Large Dark Triangular Object Seen Over Airport

*SAN MATEO* -- I saw a large, black triangular craft (it looked like a
stealth aircraft) with no running lights of any kind September 17, 2009,
near San Francisco Airport at about 9:30 PM. It was headed south in a
straight line moving from high altitude to Earth at lightening quick speed.
I was exiting Highway 92 turning onto the ramp for Highway 101 N. When I saw
the object out of my peripheral vision, slowing way down on the ramp I
caught sight as the craft was heading towards the Earth. I thought it was an
aircraft from San Francisco Airport and I could see many commercial aircraft
above the object. This object looked like it was going to crash into the
water (San Francisco Bay). I waited for a loud crashing noise, but there
never was one and I had to speed up as I was then entering merging traffic
on to Highway 101. I am just surprised no reports have been on the news
about this craft appearing on radar or others not seeing it in the night sky
in such a heavily populated area.



*Note:* This object must have been very large and prominent given that it
was a dark object and seen in the night sky. Flying triangles are one of the
most frequent type of reports that our organization receives, but most
witnesses report slow movement. This craft was moving very fast. Thanks to

Connecticut - Small Disk Shape 20 Foot Diameter

*LEBANON* -- Our neighbors and I observed a pulsating dim red light, at
about 300 yards distant. Witnesses were: Roderick E Gouin, his brother Keith
J. Gouin, the Father Robert F Gouin Sr. and neighbor Timothy Ellis. We
walked 300 yards toward the craft to within 100 yards to investigate. A few
minutes later the round bright silver disk about the size of a large van
rose silently to about ten feet off the ground and slowly moved away. After
a few minutes it increased in speed and disappeared never making a sound.
The next morning I investigated to find the growing hay flattened in a
circular pattern of about 20 feet in diameter. I experience abduction dreams

  Illinois Mothership?

*WHEELING* -- On September 8, 2009, after reading up the Disclosure Project
site and watching an interview with Steven Greer saying now it is time for
people initiate the contact themselves using certain mind techniques. I have
telepathically asked for a contact and wanted to see a giant ET ship, so I
was sending focused mental messages through out a day.



Around 9 PM, I heard some strange movement and looked up to see a giant
Mothership type cigar-shaped UFO traveling slowly northbound at about 7,000
feet altitude. It was two to three football fields in length, going over our
house with one light after another in fixed formation. I called my Mom and
she saw it passing over our heads. I said, "*Mom they are here for us, they
have arrived!"* An electrifying feeling went though our bodies and we waived
and jumped in joy, asking them to stop for us. The object stopped for 40
seconds with the front going up as bottom back light dimmed out and then the
brighter light followed and just disappeared.


  Indiana Disc Under Cloud

I noticed the object under the funnel cloud I shot on July 26, 2009. When I
snapped the shot it was of the signage located on Creasy Lane east of SR 38.
The photograph looks north, and I did not notice the object at the time. Did
the object drop from the funnel cloud?

*FITCHBURG* -- I was outside taking pictures of the clouds on June 22, 2009,
and saw this after reviewing my pictures and was advised to send it to you

Michigan Object Goes into Lake Huron

*LAKE HURON* -- We were camping on September 12, 2009, at Lake Huron
Campground, at 9:25 PM, and noticed four very bright red/pink lights. The
four lights were in a perfect geometric form similar to a cross, and did not
blink or lose their form from the time we saw them until they moved from
north to south. They flew toward us in perfect formation then suddenly the
two center lights dimmed and disappeared. The top and bottom lights went out
at the same time. We thought that the lights may have been flares, but a
plane's altitude would have been very low to drop them and we heard nothing.
Also, the lights did not flicker or vary from their exact formation. If they
were flares the lake breeze would have caused some shift in formation and
flickering.



After the red lights went out, we noticed a dark shadowy object moving east
faster than any jet from where the red lights had been. As it moved east, it
got lower and flew over Lake Huron. It was three tree tops in size as it
descended towards the water and we saw flickers of white light directly
underneath the object similar to a reflection of light that was shimmering
off moving water. It kind of sparkled under the object. The object was
darker than the starlit night sky and appeared as if covered by black
camouflage fabric. It made absolutely no noise and appeared to vanish either
onto or into Lake Huron. My husband and I both have Master's Degrees; we're
intelligent, reputable individuals. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Montana Cylinder

road trip for two weeks and stopped at a cute B&B called Old Kirby Place
Fishing Lodge on the Madison River in Madison County. I'm a photographer and
wanted to take some photos on August 27, 2009, in the mid afternoon of the
property. It wasn't until I was home and editing my photos that I noticed a
white and maybe metallic saucer shape because the bottom metallic side is
slightly longer than the white top part. It somewhat appears to be
rectangular in shape too. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  New Jersey Has a Dozen Sightings

*CLAYTON* -- On September 19, 2009, a teardrop light hovers gets *brighter
rises and vanishes* at 8:05 PM. My wife and I both saw an incredible light
that was not man made no way. It had a beam of light underneath it too! This
inverted beam of white light underneath the teardrop looking super bright
light was wide, then it closed/narrowed and as it did the aura around it all
got weirdly brighter. It "hovered" at about 1000 feet, left of the Orion
constellation and the haze around it began to glow... It was a stark obvious
difference than all the rest of the clear sky. The narrowing inverted v
"closed" the light rose and suddenly vanished! The haze that was glowing
began to dissipate and fell closer to us and dissolved descending upon us
about 300 feet toward us as it lost its "glow" ...



EDITOR'S NOTE*: NASA launched a rocket from Wallops Island, Virginia a few
minutes before 8 PM that was seen throughout the East Coast.* The light came
from an artificial noctilucent cloud formed by the exhaust particles of the
rocket's fourth stage about 173 miles high.



*ALLENTOWN* -- On September 19, 2009, I saw a bright light in the sky that
made the shape of a cone underneath it at 8:45 PM.  It was similar to an
upside down ice cream cone with a light on top.  It was a white light.
There were no colors.



  The bright light at the top of the cone faded leaving the cone itself. Then
the cone faded as well. The object was stationary. About 45 minutes later I
saw a bright light that blinked slowly at an irregular pace moving north to
south across the sky. It did not appear to be a plane because the light was
very bright and blinked slowly - about three times - then it disappeared.
This light was also white.



*CHERRY HILL* - I was making a video of grandson came out the sky was
hovering laser lights flashing captured image on video. I would like to send
the video to James Carrion. The evidence is clear vivid.



*SANDY HOOK* -- The sighting of a triangle shaped UFO lit up entire night
sky then vanished on September 19, 2009, Saturday at *11:30 PM*. A former
military man reports seeing a triangle composed of three fluorescent bulbs,
one on each of three sides. The light that it emitted was so bright that it
lit up the sea like daytime. The entire craft was lit in a triangular shape
and was at least 30 feet long on each side, and emitted a cloud of smoke
after it lit the ocean then disappeared. It was about a thousand feet from
the witness when it suddenly was GONE!



This is the second sighting in the same area within the past month.  The
first one that I saw was during the daytime and I sent in a photo of this to
you.



*JACKSON* -- My cousin and I noticed lights outside my window on February
16, 1988, at 5 PM. I looked at them and studied them: There were five bright
white circles standing in a vertical formation moving in circular motions
while remaining in a vertical line. My cousin said, *"What's with all the
lights?*" I watched for five minutes and wasn't sure what to make of it so I
went to bed where a cloud of light sleepy air took over my mind and I went
to sleep.



*NEWTON* -- I was outside with my wife on September 19, 2009, and children
enjoying a clear evening at 8:45 PM when to the south a bright light
illuminated a cone directly underneath. It was odd the sky should "glow"
under the light almost as if there was some powder released just before the
light began. The light lasted about 25 seconds, but left a very faint white
glimmer of a cloud in its wake. It was too dark to skydive safely at the
time the light was spotted and there were no planes. I am a private pilot
and due to its position in the sky and the brief appearance, it was almost
impossible to judge distance.  It looked to be high in the atmosphere. I
have never seen anything that looked like this and could not think of any
explanation for its occurrence.



*PATTERSON* -- My mother and I were outside when we saw a star like object
with huge light trail on September 19, 2009, at 8:15 PM. which got sucked
back into it and then vanished. Almost as if it was projecting a beam into
the sky with a trail at the end. This object was in earth's atmosphere.



*TRENTON* -- My five year old and I were outside looking at stars on
September 19, 2009, at 7:30 PM, and we saw a very bright light, too close to
be star. It was a gigantic, very bright light with a cone shining down. As
if someone was shining a gigantic flashlight down thru the clouds, except it
wasn't cloudy. It was way too big to be a plane and it was moving slowly
upward. It was far away from us. We viewed it for about a minute. The light
went out and the cone slowly faded away. The most amazing thing I have ever
seen. My son remarked, "The lights went out and God got a flashlight".



*HADDON HEIGHTS* -- Around 7:45 p.m. on September 19, 2009, I was alone in
my backyard. There were no clouds; the sky was completely clear. I saw a
light appear in the south. It was joined by a cone of light below it, the
whole effect looking like a spotlight from a helicopter or a flashlight
pointing down from above, shining through fog or smoke. The bright light
lasted 10-15 seconds, finally flickering out and leaving just the cloud,
which faded quickly. I went inside to get my wife and she noticed I was
shaken up.



*EDGEWATER PARK* -- My wife and kid and next door neighbor were outside on
September 19, 2009, and noticed a bright light that shown down like a police
helicopter that lasted 10 to 15 seconds. We didn't hear any sound and didn't
see any object in the sky. The light was brighter on the outer edges and
darker in the center, almost like an upside down V. About 10 minutes later,
I noticed what looked like a star moving across the sky from south to north.
My wife thought it might be a plane. It was very high and was not blinking
and the light stayed consistent the whole time. About 20 minutes after that
I saw the same light traveling the same direction. The brightness or the
shape of the light did not change as it went across the sky. We never heard
a sound from any of these objects. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  New Mexico Photo

*ALBUQUERQUE* -- I got pictures from outside of our hotel on Saturday,
September 19, 2009, that shows the same stationary object about 5:15 to 7:30
PM. We were walking into our hotel and saw this and decided to go back to
the car and grab the binoculars. Using them, we could see that it wasn't a
hot air balloon. It was silvery/pearly white teardrop with no basket on the
bottom. The inside was dark grey-black, like a small circle in the middle
with nothing attached showing it was not a weather balloon, either.



We watched from our room and it still hadn't moved, but clouds started
coming across it. We decided to go for a sunset drive into the foothills and
it was still there as the black area inside of it started to turn
orange/red. By the time dusk turned to night, it started to fade and was
gone completely. In two hours, it didn't move left or right, up or down.
Considering this, its design, and strange behavior, we decided that it
couldn't be a weather balloon. Thanks to MUFON CMS


New York Sightings

*PATCHOGUE* and *NEWBURGH* -- A bright light that was first thought to be
the moon was seen in the southern sky on September 19, 2009, about 8 PM. The
light emitted a bright beam of light that appeared to 'vaporize' and
disappear in about three seconds.

*KIRKWOOD* -- I was filming the sunset and did not see the UFO on September
14, 2009, until reviewing the video. An object seems to be flying around the
sun then zips off down at a right angle then returns.



*MONROE* -- I was staying at my son's house and woke up at 4 AM, and noticed
a cone shaped stationary object with a cloud around it and also a hint of
lights on September 19, 2009. I watched for about 5 minutes and didn't move.




*BUFFALO* -- There were three of us at a campfire outside the eastern edge
of Buffalo on September 19, 2009, where we could see a bright star at 10:26
PM. To the right I saw a spherical light that had a cone shaped glowing beam
below it. I said *"What is that?"* The light made no movements at all and no
sound. We watched and it slowly went out, starting at the lowest part of the
cone, also the largest part, almost like it was retracting back into the
source. The light that it shined was extremely bright but not blinding, and
I don't understand how it could be motionless, with no sound, and still seem
so bright. All three of us saw it, and it was amazing. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Oregon Disc

*TALENT* -- Witness states, "*I took this picture with my HP Photo mart M415
5.2 megapixel camera on June 12, 2007, while observing chemtrail planes*."
After downloading the numerous pictures later I noticed the disc. Earlier in
the day I noticed an object trailing a plane, but I did not capture it.

*HARRISBURG* -- After reporting what I saw to MUFON, I put up a status about
the event on my Face book and was tipped off that what we saw was not a UFO,
but the International Space Station which was viewable from my area last
week. It looks like a star with a light beam. And can be seen for about two
to five minutes.



*GETTYSBURG* -- My boyfriend and I were on the access road at the bottom of
Triangular Field in the Gettysburg National Park on September 19, 2009. I am
a paranormal investigator; we were doing some experiments and taking photos.
He told me to look over in his direction and I noticed a black/gray cloudy
area and suddenly, a cone-shaped beam of light came from this area in the
sky shining on the ground.



He saw a triangular shape in the sky where the beam of light was coming from
and there was no sound. The beam of light retracted up towards the triangle
and they disappeared. Today, I was listening to my recordings and there
seems to be about three minutes of recordings missing. I am a Paranormal
Investigator that has seen many things but, nothing like this ever. Thanks

*WILLIAMSPORT* -- Witness reports, "I was driving eastbound on Third Street
in when I took two pictures of the Goodyear blimp with my digital EnV2 2.0
camera on August 25, 2008. The day was clear and sunny while the Goodyear

South Carolina Arrow Shape String of Lights

*MOUNT PLEASANT* -- I saw a half arrow shaped string of white dimly flaring
Christmas-style lights flying south on September 15, 2009, from 8:40 to 8:43
PM, on the coast few miles NE of Charleston.



*Note:* Given the brevity of this report it is hard to say anything
definitive. The witness has not responded my email whereby I asked for some

Texas - Liquid Falls from Aerial Triangular Object

*CORPUS CHRISTI* -- My fiance and I were outside sitting on a table about
six inches apart on September 16, 2009, about 9:30 PM, when I felt a drop of
liquid hit my left arm. I looked up to see if there were any clouds and
there were none. A half a second later I felt my right arm get sprinkled
with what I thought was water so I looked up again, and we both saw a large
dark triangle shaped object above us. It had very faint lights along two
sides of the triangle. It appeared to be solid because the lights ran the
whole length of both sides. I couldn't see the lights on the third side and
it didn't make any noise. It appeared to be far away, but was very large.



*Note:* Sightings of slow moving large triangles are commonplace.bSometime
electrical interference has been reported near these objects. This is the
first report of residue falling from these objects. A check of weather
conditions showed that no rainfall was measured anytime on the date of the
sighting. The temperature was 81.0 degrees Fahrenheit, the dew point was
75.9 degrees Fahrenheit (quite high), the relative humidity was 85% (fairly
high) and  south wind at 7 mph. There is a chance the witness experienced
moisture due to condensation given the moist conditions, but the fact that
the moisture was felt when the object was overhead is likely not

West Virginia Triangle

*PHILIPPI* -- The witness reports, "*After I went to bed on September 13,
2009, I looked out the window and saw a dark triangle shaped object which
was almost stationary. It had round lights at each corner which were
alternating between red and white. I did not get a good look as I was
viewing it through some trees for about four minutes, when it left." Thanks

  Wyoming Rectangle

[image: WYNov08.jpg] *CASPER* -- I let the dog out at 2:45 PM, on November
14, 2008, and noticed that part of the sky was blacked out by a craft with
two people or beings looking right at me through its windows. They were so
close that I could see the one was wearing a baseball style like cap. He
waved at me and I realized it's too late to try and do anything else but
wave. As it passed over I was too stupefied to do anything but sit there and
watch. I thought, "It must be an Air Force recon ship." I could hear a
slight buzz, so I think that the ship was a lighter than air and was
maneuvered by electric motors.



My second thought was the U.S. has developed a hydrogen gel. It seemed like

World Wide Sightings




  Brazil Mushroom

*COGUMELOS* -- My name is Rosely Vaz de Lima and I have a Ufology team in
Brazil. I was with my friend Chico Penteado on August 29, 30, 2009, when an
object appeared not far from us. First, it was a bright ball that suddenly
changed into a green mushroom shape as it sent out a beam. In Filer's Files
#38 - 2009, a similar photo was shot in Toledo, Ohio (shown on the right.)
In Brazil, when the UFO sent out the beam we heard a terror scream from a
man. Perhaps we were witnesses to an attack or abduction by aliens, although
we never found who screamed. Our photo on the left was taken with a night
vision monocular touching the lens of a professional camera. Thanks to

Bulgaria - Red Flashing Light

*PLOVDIV* -- I was on my balcony, when I saw a red flashing light at a
distance of about 10 km, moving to the west, not too high above the horizon
on September 22, 2009... Suddenly it disappeared. Few seconds later it came
back, only this time it was moving in an opposite direction (to the east)
and a little bit higher. Then it disappeared again. And when it showed up it
was moving to the west again. It went on for a few kilometers accelerating
its speed and disappeared again just to show up moments later moving to the
east but this time much slower. It accelerated again decreasing its altitude
and I lost it out of sight when it went behind a building. Thanks to MUFON

Costa Rica Photo

*34 43 W, 10 33 N* -- On September 5, 2009, at 9:50 PM, I saw this
particular object flying over a soccer stadium during an important game,
between Mexico vs Costa Rica. When I first saw the object I thought it was a
plane, but it stayed in one position for a long period of time. Then it
moved very slowly. The object was round with flashing lights on its sides. I
filmed with my digital camera for more than five minutes these weird almost
invisible objects. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Canada Sighting

*TORONTO* -- I was on my morning run on St. George Street and Bernard Avenue
when I noticed a strange looking cloud not far from the sun on September 16,
2009, rapidly breaking and changing shape. It was odd because it wasn't a
windy day and other clouds in the vicinity were much bigger and stationary.
Then I noticed a metallic sphere appear in the middle of the cloud pulsating
with bright white light. It wasn't moving, just hovering there, silently. It
looked like it was changing shape, but the flashes were so bright that it
was hard to see the exact form. Seconds later it was gone and the small
cloud surrounding it also disappeared instantly. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Chile Photo

*VALPARAISO* -- On August 2, 2009, we were walking near the beach my family
stopped to take a photo, and captured a series of lights. I spotted them on
the computer, but I had already seen similar objects twice near my house. A
few months ago I sighted one. There was a ball running around the UFO that
is similar to this photo. If put this on zoom, you can see two black balls
around the UFO. They keep moving, running all around the central light but
not too fast and not too slow, like a magnetic poles. Thanks to MUFON CMS

I and my husband would love some rational explanation for the sightings
however it seems no objects we create are of this nature, our eyes are glued
to the sky now with camcorder in hand to see if we can film these weird
almost invisible objects

  *DRUGI DZIEN POKAZOW* -- A video was * released on September 21, 2009, was
taken at a military air show and depicts a UFO within the footage that
clearly shows its superiority in speed and maneuverability.* The UFO passes
the jet formation at twice the speed.

Portugal Pink Great Orb Light

*ODELEITE* -- Algarve with my ex-girl and we parked the vehicle 300 meters
inside the trees on August 25, 1999. After staying there chatting for awhile
and listen to some music we start feeling static in the radio but the zone
is near Spain and often occurs. We put on a tape and got in the back seats.
When we both were naked and were starting we were surprised by a bright
light too intense for our eyes. We both jumped into the front seats thinking
another car was catching us. We saw a revolving pink great orb light. It was
a triangular red/pink light rotating fast. The orb was behind and occupying
four large trees and we could see ray's coming out the middle of the
rotation. It was ten meters in diameter and that distance away. We didn't
see much more as I started the car immediately and got out fast. We stopped
the car one kilometer away and got dressed. We saw some kind orb anomaly and
feel we probably had a time lapse. Thanks to MUFON CMS


Turkey Sphere

*ISTANBUL* -- I was on vacation and taking pictures of the sunset with my
brother from our balcony at 6:30 PM, on September 20, 2009, and took a
picture of what I thought was the moon at first glance. My husband told me
it was not the moon, and not of this earth. The shape was a perfect sphere,
with two or three belts going around the bottom of it. It was floating at an
angle and had a round door hatch on the very bottom of the craft. The
outside of the sphere had a very bright, white colored, lace like surface.
The belts seemed to represent windows or different levels of the craft. I
know for a fact, this craft (as large as it is), was not in my viewing
screen. My husband said that these crafts are very difficult to take

UK's UFO Sightings More Than Triple This Year

*YORKSHIRE* -- Over the past three weeks my husband and I have witnessed
almost invisible objects against the night sky the first occurred when we
were walking down the garden when a spherical object appeared over our heads
and looked almost invisible against the sky. It was a well lit night as the
moon was almost full. The object moved quite fast and was a blurry grey in
color. It passed over head and then another silent object appeared next to
it.



There were no lights as it disappeared into the night sky. One week later we
again witnessed an almost invisible grey object moving fast that would pause
then move off Last night, my husband woke me up at 11:30 PM, as he had
witnessed a horse shoe shaped object!


Swine Flu Prevention



Influenza vaccination is the primary method the medical profession uses to
prevent swine flu. Dr. Mark Nicas, professor at the School of Public Health,
University of California, studies "the exposure intensity of contaminants in
the air," including the H1N1 virus. He says, *"When an infected person

Dear Colleagues:



This is to inform that Brazilian Government has just declassified a new set
of significant previously secret UFO documents, now covering the 80s. We
already had disclosures covering the 50s, 60s and 70s, all with very
important documents and information. So far over 4,000 pages have been
disclosed.



The recent disclosure is particularly powerful because it contains dozens of
reports of UFOs on May 19, 1986, considered the *“Official UFO Night in
Brazil”,* when 21 spherical objects, estimated 100 meters in diameter –
according to military sources – were detected by radars and spotted by
civilian pilots, and literally jammed air traffic over the major Brazilian
Airports, such as Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Then, several Mirage and F5
jets were scrambled to pursue them.



As a result of that “invasion”, the Air Force minister *brigadier Octavio
Moreira Lima* went public about it the other morning on the national TV
network, declaring all facts openly. The pilots who took part in the pursue
and their commanders also spoke freely about the pursuits, which occurred
over several hours.



We've had several other disclosures since 2007, all as a direct result of
the campaign UFOs: *Freedom Of Information Now*, promoted since 2004 by the
*Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers*. The latest disclosure comprises
over 2,200 new pages of formerly secret UFO documents that were given to the
Committee and also sent to the Brazilian National Archives.



In late July, hundreds of papers from the Brazilian Air Force's
official *System
for the Investigation of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (SIOANI) *have
demonstrated how the nation's military authorities dealt with the UFO
Phenomena in the 60s and 70s.



Considering that SIOANI wasn't a top secret agency and that even civilian
researchers took part in its procedures, the structure and functionality of
which proves that Brazil is the first country in the world to officially and
publicly admit the reality of the UFO Phenomena, and the first to
investigate it openly.



For instance, where have you ever seen color drawings of flying saucers
reported by *witnesses and investigated by military personnel*, such as
these ones?

  Water found on the Moon and Impact Crater Changed

*N*ASA's instrument aboard India's Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft shows evidence
of water marked in blue on map. India is proud of Chandraayan's contribution
to finding evidence of water molecules on the moon? Brown University's Moon
Mineralogy Mapper <http://m3.jpl.nasa.gov/INSTRUMENT/>, the NASA's Deep
Impact Probe <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Impact_%28space_mission%29>and
the geriatric
Cassini <http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/cassini/main/index.html> that
together they found water.



NASA's Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite mission (LCROSS) has
shifted the target crater from Cabeus A to Cabeus (proper at 84.90°S
35.50°W). The general consensus of lunar experts is that Cabeus shows the
highest hydrogen concentrations at the south pole.



The LCROSS mission operations team is rehearsing critical maneuvers.



NASA is scheduled to impact the Centaur on the moon on October 9, 2009. The
team is practicing Trajectory Correction Maneuver (TCM) 10 through the
Shepherding Spacecraft Braking Burn. TCM 10 is the final opportunity for
LCROSS mission operations to refine the targeting accuracy of the Centaur
impactor. After the burn, the spacecraft will release the Centaur and
conduct a 180° turn to point the spacecraft's instruments at the Centaur and
the moon. On impact night, once these maneuvers are complete, the team will
concentrate on collecting data from the Centaur impact and relaying it back
to Earth before the LCROSS spacecraft also impacts the surface.



The models show a small valley in an otherwise tall Cabeus perimeter ridge,
which will allow for sunlight to illuminate the ejecta cloud much sooner
than previously estimated for Cabeus A. While the ejecta does have to fly to
higher elevations to be observed by Earth assets, a shadow cast by a large
hill along the Cabeus ridge, provides an excellent, high-contrast, back drop
for ejecta and vapor measurements.


  Someone Else is on the Moon and May Oppose Impacting the Moon

Richard Buchli D.V.M. writes, *"Google Earth's shows a Amundsen Crater Moon
structure from NASA and JAXA satellites at 83 18'32.12 S 71 05'34.84 E
above. *I have sent you pictures of five subsurface building locations I
have located. I have been researching the NASA, ASU, JAXA images on the Moon
over 10 hours today and anticipate being able to send you a whole fleet in
the future. Google Earth/Moon streams show a series of newly released
structures and craft on the Moon. Thanks to Richard Buchli D.V.M. and

  Structure Found on the Moon's Hale Crater

will see like a chunk of the base was broken off and that section of the

  Mars Has Running Water

[image: MarsIceshownFromRecentImpact.jpg] Giovanni Schiaparelli looked
through his telescope in 1877, and saw what he thought were "canali." These
were straight dark canal like lines were visible all over Mars. Observers
soon decided that these could only be channels built by intelligent
creatures living on a distant planet. Images sent back from the Mariner and
Viking missions of the 1960s and 1970s revealed a desert landscape that did
not show much evidence for water on Mars.



Viking and Global Surveyor missions saw surface features that seemed to
indicate massive flooding. There is some water is trapped at the Martian
poles, in the ice caps and under the soil. That water, however, has always
seemed to be limited in amount and extent. NASA's announcement of evidence
that water still flows on Mars, at least in brief spurts, demonstrates that
the view of Mars as a very dry planet should be reevaluated, says Dawn
Sumner, professor of geology at UC Davis. Recent work by Sumner and graduate
student Greg Chavdarian supports the presence of liquid water near the
surface.



NASA has found unexpectedly large quantities of frozen water in five Martian
craters where recent meteorite crashes churned up underground ice that
quickly vanished in the planet's thin atmosphere. The Mars researchers,
based at the University of Arizona's Lunar and Planetary Science Laboratory,
reported that their high-resolution Context camera aboard the Mars
Reconnaissance Orbiter was snapping pictures of small craters newly formed
by the impact of meteorites. A month later, in September 2008, images of one
of the new craters revealed that its edge was filled with bright blue
material shining in the sunlight looking exactly like ice. A few days later,
other scientists in the group trained the orbiting spacecraft's spectral
analyzer on the same blue stuff and discovered that the ice was 99 percent
pure water, blasted up around the crater from deeper underground. Six months
later, images of the same crater showed the ice was gone, leaving only brown
dirt; the ice had "sublimated," turning to invisible vapor in the thin, cold
Martian atmosphere.

said, *"The presence of flowing liquid water at the surface demonstrates
that Mars has an active hydrologic cycle that includes significant water
exchange between the subsurface and the surface. Even though liquid water is
only transiently at the surface, it probably provided some water vapor to
the atmosphere through evaporation and may have produced hydrous salts in
surface sediments".* Such hydrous sulfate salts have been inferred to be
present at both rover sites, with the sedimentary rocks observed by
Opportunity at Meridiani Planum containing more than 50% sulfates. *"The
presence of flowing water on the surface of Mars raises many exciting
possibilities for looking for life on Mars," *Sumner said.



*"Life does not persist in the absence of liquid water, so many
astrobiologists interested in evaluating whether or not life ever existed on
Mars have focused on looking for evidence of life in ancient fossils or have
worked towards being able to drill into the subsurface of Mars. Liquid water
is present below the surface, and flows to the surface, at least locally.
"The transient presence of liquid water at the surface suggests that we may
not have to go into the subsurface to look for life; evidence of life or
life itself might be carried to the surface by this flowing water. *

*GRAVETTE* -- I was walking my dog on September 26, 2009, at 7:45 PM, and
saw a continuous bright white object moving through the sky at a constant
rate that looked exactly like Saturn, but I know it wasn't Saturn.  I
questioned myself about it being a satellite and though it could have been.
The object made its appearance from a northwesterly to a southeasterly
direction, never changing speed or direction the whole time I saw it. I
called my husband outside; we both watched it travel same constant bright
white light the whole two minutes. Before it disappeared... the bright white
light went out. We both kept our eye in that spot until we felt it was gone
and both of us made mention how strange it was. Later, I saw five high
flying aircraft or satellites with their red blinking lights, so whatever it
was, it wasn't like anything else that's usually in our night sky. Thanks to

  Arizona Disc

*CHANDLER* -- I was driving east on Ocotillo Road and snapped a photo to
test my camera and the disc showed up on my picture with two other objects

California Object

*WESTFIELD SHOPPING CENTER, MODESTO* -- We saw two craft, one with bright
lights across it that could be either a cigar or saucer shaped on August 26,
2009, at 9:30 PM. The other was a deep bright neon blue glowing cigar. It
would glow and then fade out and come back. The other one hovered up and
down, and side to side like it was having engine trouble. The blue cigar one
stayed close as if to make sure the other was okay. A police or military
white plane with markings stayed close by flying between them. Then they
faded out. The height was about 15 to 20 stories up in the sky. Thanks to

Florida Circling Lights

*TALLAHASSEE* -- My boss and I were outside on a smoke break when I looked
up towards the stars and I saw a rotating formation of lights on September
23, 2009, from 11:15 to 11:30 PM. It looked like two objects with lights and
they were moving or circling a central point in a fairly compact, perfect
circle. I turned only for a second to my boss, said "*Whoa look at that*."
at that point the two objects began to move away from each other in complete
opposite directions. I would say these objects were at average aircraft
elevation maybe a bit lower. They moved away from each other quickly and
steadily at a pretty good pace. Each object had 4 to 6 lights blue, red, and
white. They continued with no sound until they both disappeared from view
over the horizon.

  Maryland Strange Cloud

*ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE* -- On September 22, 2009, I was working next to
Andrews and I went outside for a break and noticed alot of moving clouds,
but one stayed in the same position. I kept watching as one of the jets from
Andrews AFB flew below it and the cloud released a mist from underneath it.
I also noticed a round silver object moving very fast over it. More clouds
started coming by and it stayed in the same position. I went to find a
camera, but when I went back it was dissipating itself. I have seen round
silver objects above this area before and at first thought they were
balloons, but one would disappear and then reappear and then the other would
do the same. The object shown below in Korea is very similar. Thanks to

Massachusetts Photo

*IPSWICH* -- I am a pastor who ministered at a church in Ipswich, where Ray
and Margaret Fowler were members. About two weeks ago at 4:30 AM, my wife
Paula was lying on our sofa in the living room looking up through our two
large skylights. Then she called me in to see if I saw what she was seeing.
There in the western sky, at about 45% up from the horizon, was a large
tubular shaped object, lit up from apparently the sun about to rise. It was
totally stationary.



She got binoculars and saw that there was a red blinking lights. I studied
for my pilot's license. I know the difference between stars and planets,
even two planets that may seem close together. This was definitely
*NOT*something natural. I almost called the police to find out if
anyone else had
noticed it.



The next day the object was still there - and a week went by and it was
still there fixed to the Earth's rotation. *What are we looking at?* I'm
especially intrigued because I believe that any object in space, not of
nature, that is either rotating the earth or fixed relative to the earth's
rotation, does not need lights, since no aircraft fly that high.

*In the early 1970's I was alone driving on route IS84 from my sister's in
Danbury CT to my home in Nashua, NH. At about at about 1:30 AM, I was just
east of Waterbury, CT. It seemed I was the only one on the interstate at
that time. Against the night sky I could observe the top of the very high
hills southeast of Waterbury. Then, just above the outline of the hills,
there clearly appeared a luminescent green oblong object. It was stationary
about 10 degrees high of the hills' outline. It was quite large. As I
continued to travel I could see it for about two minutes. Then I could see
it no more - nor ever again. That was my only experience with what I have
remained certain to be a UFO.*

Michigan Object Goes into Lake Huron

*LAKE HURON* -- We were camping on September 12, 2009, and saw red lights
and after they went out, we noticed a dark shadowy object moving east faster
than any jet. As it moved east, it got lower and flew over Lake Huron. It
was three tree tops in size as it descended towards the water and we saw
flickers of white light directly underneath the object similar to a
reflection of light that was shimmering off moving water. It kind of
sparkled under the object. The object was darker than the starlit night sky
and appeared as if covered by black camouflage fabric. It made absolutely no
noise and appeared to vanish either onto or into Lake Huron.



*DAVISON/LAPEER* -- On September 25, 2009, I was driving east on Lapeer road
in Davison, and saw a 4 point star shaped object that had a bright orange
center surrounded by a hue that was mostly blue but looked green for a
moment. It appeared high in the sky, very far up and fell in a slight arc,
going slightly left to right across my vision, straight down, out in the
direction of Lapeer. It seemed to pulse slightly, although that detail is a
little hazy. The entire event lasted just under three seconds. It was one of
those situations where I didn't realize what I was seeing until it was
already over.



The shape was a 4 point star, with points at 0, 90,180 and 360 degree points
and seemed to have a curve going from point to point. The object was at
least 200 feet around. It seemed to only be about 40 miles in the distance.
This was not a meteorite or "space junk" or whatever, but the four points I

Missouri Light

*TRUMAN LAKE* -- On September 24, 2009, I was night fishing in a quarter
moon, but only caught a few small ones. I had submersible lights under my
small boat that makes it look like it's floating on a green light. I could
hear commercial jets flying high overhead and I saw an Apache helicopter fly
over and waved to them. At 8:31PM, to the north of me, I saw a light flying
SSW above the clouds. It looked like a bright car headlight traveling on a
straight course, that would go dim for about 15 seconds, then bright again.
No Sound at all. I was slightly afraid, so I prayed that God would protect
me. Then, I grabbed my digital camera and tried to video but it didn't turn
out well. After flying almost directly above me, the light turned off and
the object turned a reddish-orange color and disappeared. My feeling was

*BILLINGS* -- I've had numerous sightings right from the backyard of my
home. It's only now on September 23, 2009, that I've decided to come forth.
I have also been contacted and I have a "chip" or something in my left hand
that they have put in me in order to know where I'm at. Wherever I go they
are there. I have a photo already developed in which I can't duplicate over
the internet. I wish to remain anonymous and don't want to be put on TV. I
just want help. The time of contact happened when I was very young but you
can still see the chip in my left hand. I do have a few photos - we do have
a lot of aircraft due to the Billings airport but we've been here long
enough for me to know the difference. Also when I see the UFO's there's no
sound and we can always here the airplanes overhead. And the objects always
just move straight up and down or side to side like they are trying to stay
hovered and are watching. I have more photos but can't put them all on this

New Jersey Sightings

*ATLANTIC CITY* -- I was heading west on the Atlantic City Expressway on
September 5, 2009, at 10:40 AM, five miles west of the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza
when I observed a small, flat-white object, shaped like a little top hat. It
descended in an erratic flight pattern for a couple of seconds then
disappeared. A couple seconds later, it reappeared as before, descended in
the sky in the same erratic manner for a couple seconds, then disappeared
for good. I watched the news for UFO sightings, but there was none. I sure
couldn't identify it.



*TOMS RIVER* -- I saw some cool looking clouds from a storm front on
September 28, 2009, at 6:18 PM, so I got out my Olympus camera and took some
pictures and video. When I looked at them on the computer, I saw what looks
like a flying saucer in one of the pictures and a fast moving object in the
video. There appears to be several white spots under the photo with maybe a
funnel like affect. The video could be a bird, but it would have to be dive

*HIGHLANDS* -- We saw the triangle on Saturday night, September 19, 2009, at
11:30 PM, that hovered for about three minutes and lit up brighter than any
light my friend Frank had ever seen. He said, *"It emitted a light beam that
lit up the ocean, and let out a cloud of smoke then disappeared. It did not
take off, but just disappeared."*

Ohio - Strange Silent Object With Bright Amber Light

*PROCTORVILLE* -- We were outside on August 24, 2009, at 9:50 PM, when my
wife saw a moving amber light in the west. It looked like a landing light on
an aircraft except for the color of the light. As it got closer the object
seemed to get lower and we noticed blinking orange, red, and green lights.
As it came over top of us, we noticed an unusual pattern to the lights
unlike aircraft or helicopters. As it passed directly over us we could make
out a dark shape something like a 6 or 8 sided octagon-like shape with the
amber light in the middle, with lights close together in front, spaced on
the sides, and spaced to the back. There was absolutely NO SOUND! As the
object moved across the Ohio River, flying at 1000 in altitude over
Huntington West Virginia, I realized it was about 30 feet in diameter moving
about 150 mph. It seemed to slow as it came over our town and lowered in

*NEW CASTLE* -- On September 22, 2009, I noticed a very bold light that did
not perform normal flying motions. A solid light would go west for five

Texas Reddish-Orange Objects Hover in Field

*LITTLE ELM* -- One of the witnesses called shortly after the sighting on
September 18, 2009, at 10:15 PM, stating she and three others were driving
northeast and noticed two bright reddish-orange objects stationary over a
nearby hayfield. The objects emitted no sound. They stopped the car and
viewed the objects for five minutes and took a road in the field towards the
objects. The objects then ascended rapidly and disappeared into the clouds.



*Note:* The witness reporting the sighting seemed credible and clearly
answered all questions posed in the interview. I requested that she drive
out to the sighting area when it is daylight and see if any unusual markings

Vermont UFO Use Lakes

*LAKE WILLOUGHBY* -- I have researched a very deep lake in Vermont, where
unusual phenomena regularly occur. My initial research was published as a
poster paper in AAAS proceedings in 1984, but I find that residents of this
and other areas of high strangeness prefer not to confide in strangers. In
this Vermont location I was facilitated by knowing several local residents
who provided an introduction to the area. I don't think an "outsider" will

Washington Flying Triangle

*WEST SEATTLE* -- On September 23, 2009, at 10:35 PM, I saw a triangular
shaped object with about 6-7 dimmed lights underneath. It looked to be of
black color, but it was hard to tell. It was a pretty big object that I saw
for about 5 to 10 seconds. It then disappeared into the darkness.

*AUBURN* -- My son, daughter and my nephew and I were walking outside on
August 24, 2009, at 1:39 AM, in a rural location on a dark night. She
pointed out she had never seen a certain tiny constellation in the
southwestern sky. We all noted the change from a 'ladle' shape to a square
and then a triangle. Stunned, we watched the shape change further into a
rounded heart shape, a line, a zigzag, and I told my daughter to get her
camera. While she was trying to video tape the object, I got my camera, and
turned all the lights out. At arm's length, it would have taken a nickel to
cover it.

As we watched for over two hours, we realized it was a saucer shaped object
with the lights along the edge and the ship was rotating, causing the light
pattern to shift. The object drifted east very slowly, and then drifted
back. We all thought it was huge and the same level as a passing satellite
moving northeast. The lights were not strong enough to be picked up by our
cameras.

eloquence, and serious-minded approach to the sighting. Given the
exceptionally high quality of the written report, and the apparent skill of
the witness at viewing the night sky, we are impressed by this report.

*OAK HARBOR* -- I am an amateur astronomer and noticed a star changing
colors very quickly on September 9, 2009, and moving just a tiny bit. I
pulled out my Celestron CR-150 HD telescope to look and saw a ring of
smaller lights with large flashes of light shooting between the ring of
lights.

It was a perfect circle and I tried to get as many photos and video as
possible at 265 degrees at about 15 degrees' elevation. It was moving
slightly faster and on a different course than the stars around it. I was
trying to get a good shot through the telescope so I was focusing when it
disappeared. The video shows the object in the telescope.


  Washington DC Three UFOs

*REAGAN AIRPORT* -- I was walking my dog and noticed a regional jet making a
nonstandard approach into Washington Reagan National airport. I then looked
to the north and saw three objects of undetermined origin moving west. These
three objects appeared relatively close and were quite high with a dark
color and were visible against the high ceiling.  The shape appeared to
change from a swept wing similar to a hang glider to a forward swept
configuration.  Their shape corresponded to no known aircraft and they
emitted no sound as they appeared to slowly glide noiselessly.  They seemed
to make a generally straight flight path from east to west and were observed
for nearly ten minutes until they disappeared beyond visual range.  I went
to your www.nationalufocenter.com website and much to my surprise the shapes
of the three objects were generally similar to the picture from Scarborough,
Canada of *September 17, 2009.*


Wisconsin Erratic Amber Orange Light

*GREEN BAY* -- My wife and I were coming from the video store when I saw an
amber/orange light on August 27, 2009, at 10:45 PM. It traveled rather
slowly around the sky back, forth and up and down and gradually settles in
an east by northeast steady and slow. We lost it in the trees scrambled up

  Argentina Zigzagging UFO

*SAN BENITO* -- Residents claim having seen UFOs at night since
mid-September for several days moving slowly, leaving a bright wake while
zigzagging. They photographed the strange zigzagging objects. Betiana
Presler approached the UNO newsroom to display the photographs taken by her
twin sister every night at 21:00 hours. *"My sister became very enthusiastic
when she saw the strange light leaving a wake behind it and drew various
lines in the sky,"* said Ms. Presler. The photos were taken without flash
"because when a flash is employed, something like bubbles can be seen.

Estonia Triangle

*PARNU* -- About 10 PM, on September 23, 2009, I received a call from my
girl friend who stated, *"We are seeing a weird triangle shaped object in
the sky behind our house."* I grabbed my camera and drove to her house where
her parents and her were watching a half a meter long bright light over the
treetops. First, it emitted a strong purple quite blinding light about a
half  meter in size. My friend said she saw three lights making a triangle
shape and flashing red and purple lights that rotated so the triangle
formation was clear. We drove to the other side of the forest and the object
was only a bright dot. There were four witnesses monitoring the object for
about an hour as it turned on its axis and was making sudden "jumps" like it
had no weight. It definitely was not a satellite, plane or anything like
that. The witnesses seeing when it was closer said it was a triangle with
different colors of bright lights. I have twenty minutes of video, but most
is just black and a bright flashing dot when zooming in. When edited there

Italy Bright Yellow Ball

*TURIN ISRAEL* -- I was near the Chinese restaurant "La Microglia" on May 2,
2009, and saw a bright yellow ball in the sky flying a regular flight path
but changing speed. After three minutes the light disappeared. People in
Turin frequently see this phenomenon. The object was at 3000 feet altitude.

  Spain: UFO Videotaped Over Ribadeo

*PUENTE DE LOS SANTOS* -- On September 16, 2009, an amateur videographer who
was recording the maneuvers of customs barges at the Ribadeo Port facilities
at noon managed to capture the motion of an object over Puente de los Santos
on the Galician shore. It is a brilliant sphere that is first still and then
moves slowly before vanishing at full speed toward Ribadeo. The video can be

UK's UFO Sightings More Than Triple This Year

*NORTHAMPTON* -- I looked outside of my kitchen window and saw flickering
orange lights. At first, I thought they were fireworks, but realized they
were too slow and more were appearing on August 22, 2009, at 8:50 PM.. They
were too slow for planes, and made no noise so could not be helicopters. I
watched them and counted forty as more and more appeared and some
disappeared behind a cloud. I watched for about 5-10 minutes as they slowly
moved round to the side window of the house and disappeared behind a cloud.
I tried to take video but only four lights were left.



*BAILDON* -- Three orange objects flew over on August 21, 2009, at 9:21 PM.
One flew first then two followed after from a westerly direction to east.
They made no sound lights and  there was no wind. The lights disappeared one
by one.

UK-based company AESIR has developed a UAV relying on the Coanda effect to
generate lift. The Coanda effect is the tendency of a fluid jet to become
'attached' to a nearby curved body instead of following its original path.
The effect can be seen by running a stream of water over the underside of a
spoon. The water follows the curve instead of dropping straight down -
that's the Coanda effect.



The AESIR air velocity is created in the center of the craft using a fan and
then directing the air flow through an outlet so it follows over the curved
surface. The amount of lift generated is dependent upon the velocity, mass
and density of the air. Since the rotation of the fan causes the body of the
UAV to rotate in the opposite direction, AESIR placed a series of vanes in
the airflow around the outside of the body to neutralize this effect.
Moveable flaps on sections of the lifting surface provide yaw control to
allow the UAV to turn left or right. And flaps on the outside of the craft
use the lift airflow to provide directional control, causing the craft to
tilt and move in the direction of the tilt.



*The AESIR family of craft*



*Vidar* is a portable craft for surveillance inside buildings, and in close
confined spaces. It has an electric engine powered by Lithium Polymer
batteries to provide up to 15 minutes of flight time. It weighs 400g and is
capable of carrying a 100g payload.

*Odin* is fitted with a Wankel Rotary internal combustion engine fueled by
JP-8 jet fuel. It weighs 10kg and can carry a 10kg payload for up to an
hour. Fitted with an autonomous flight control system and managed through a
simple to operate ground control system, it can be adapted to a range of
tasks including Intelligence.

*Hoder* is a heavy lift craft that weighs 1.5 tonne and is capable of
carrying a one tonne payload for up to eight hours.



*AESIR* were exhibiting at the Defence Systems and Equipment International
Exhibition 2009 in London earlier this month.




Swine Flu Prevention

Influenza vaccination is the primary method the medical profession uses to
prevent swine flu and is being released to the public. Dr. Mark Nicas,
professor at the School of Public Health, University of California, studies
"the exposure intensity of contaminants in the air", including the H1N1
virus. He says, *"When an infected person coughs or sneezes larger particles
settle out quickly within three feet of origination but in contrast, the
smaller particles disperse throughout the room and can be inhaled deeply
into the lungs."* The viruses in these small airborne particles can survive

NASA Is Launching a Dramatic Mission to Bomb the Moon.

The LCROSS (Lunar CRater Observing and Sensing Satellite)
mission<http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LCROSS/overview/index.html>will
send a missile traveling at twice the speed of a bullet to blast a
hole
in the lunar surface near the moon's South Pole on October 9, 2009, at 7:30
AM, EDT *at a cost of $79 million dollars.* The bombing is not designed to
kill aliens, it's part of NASA's search for water. Scientists expect the
impact of the Centaur rocket to be powerful enough to eject a huge plume of
debris from the moon that will be large enough to be seen from earth through
12 inch telescopes, says

missile will impact the lunar surface at crater Cabeus where large
amounts of trapped ice are thought to exist.


Moon Structures, Caves and UFOs.

Strange anomalies on the surface of the Moon have been reported since the
late 1700's. Astronomers have reported strange lights on the surface showing
apparent movement across the lunar terrain.

I discovered a large opening at 22 56'06.29 N, 20 16'2.13 E on *Google
Earth/Moon* that is 1300 meters wide by 500 meters in height. This large
size would allow spaceships to enter and leave. Former Intelligence officers
and Remote Viewers have determined mining operations are likely occurring on
the moon for a dark mineral. *India's Chandrayaan-1's X-ray Spectrometer
(C1XS) has detected titanium, calcium, *magnesium, aluminum, silicon, iron,
sodium and potassium on the moon. New findings suggest both the Moon and
Mars have an abundance of water. The primary objective of Indian Space
Research

first lunar probe called

launched on October 22, 2008, was reported to be mapping the Moon's surface
for helium-3-containing minerals. The appeal of helium-3 fusion stems from
the fact it is non-radioactive and the high-energy by-product, the

can result in direct net electricity generation.

the Chinese
Lunar Exploration Program

that one of the main goals of the program would be the
mining of helium-3, from which operation *"each year three space shuttle
missions could bring enough fuel for all human beings across the world."*

This structure was found by Richard Buchli D.V.M. is 1000 feet long and
located at 14 06'34.55 N 52 35'37.82 E. on *Google Earth/Moon.* Richard
states, *"I have spent over 25 hours searching this area and have found over
30 items of note. When you first open Google Moon you will see a band
crossing the moon that is the only area on the  moon where you will be able
to pick  up items 600  feet or less. all over this band  you will find black
openings and when you look directly down into some of them you will see what
appears to be  machines or structures of some kind.  also dotted around the
band you will find several item that appear to be crafts of some kind.  be
sure to visualize them from all sides and levels to be sure that they are
not some natural feature.*

Directions for finding objects: When you reach Google Earth, Click View,
Explore than click moon where you will see a strip of icons across the top
of the screen. Third from the right is "show ruler". click on this and bring
ruler down. 1-select path, 2-select feet, 3-make first dot on the moon,
4-make second dot about one inch to the right. If this reads 5 or 6 hundred
feet, you are at the right zoom in to start your search. At this depth, you
will visualize structures on the surface  5 to 6 hundred feet long. If your
dot reads a lot less, such as 2 or 3 hundred feet, you must zoom out until
you can get  your dots at the right distance. If it reads in the thousands,
then you must zoom in until you reach the 5 to 6 hundred level. Thanks to

Alan Caviness from North Carolina writes, *"I wanted to send you the lunar
anomaly images I have collected so far, one I discovered, myself.  I have a
lot of work to do that will probably take a few weeks to determine if these
things are authentic or not. This would be a major news story for the
mainstream media, eventually.  And, if real, an even bigger story. I have
never seen in the past any supposed surface anomalies like this that could
be recognized by the average layperson on the street.
I will be working on trying to acquire more of these photo anomalies. These
anomalies are being found in only a small strip of higher resolution images

  These are USGS and Clementine photos of the front side of the Moon. The
left image shows a flying bright disc shaped UFO in lower left and an
apparent round structure in the center upper right. The photo on the right a
shows light colored disc shaped UFO above the surface at the center with a
pentagon shaped structure with white outline. These images were quickly
accessible to the general public via the Internet and World Wide Web. When
scientists reviewed the data from Clementine, they made a major scientific
discovery: the possible existence of ice within some of the moon's craters.

  UFO Researcher Cosmonaut Popovitch Dies

Paul Stonehill wrote: *"A great, legendary Soviet cosmonaut, the first
Ukrainian cosmonaut, General Pavel Popovich has passed away five days short
of his 80th birthday. He was a member of the first ever "Gagarin" team of
cosmonauts and was  Number "Four" cosmonaut in the history of manned space
flights."* He is best known for a space first -- piloting one of two manned
satellites in 1962, that orbited the Earth at the same time. In 1974, he
commanded Soyuz 14 <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soyuz_14> space flight. He
was also an important person in the history of Soviet Ufology, and greatly
helped promote UFO research. He had also witnessed a UFO himself, during his
flight over the Atlantic Ocean.

The NASA Spitzer Space Telescope has discovered the biggest
butnever-before-seen ring around the planet Saturn. The thin array of ice
and dust particles lies at the far reaches of the Saturnian system and its
orbit is tilted 27 degrees from the planet's main ring plane, the laboratory
said


  Brazil - Declassifies Secret UFO Documents

Brazilian Government has just declassified a new set of significant secret
UFO documents covering the 80s."* The recent disclosure is particularly
powerful because it contains 4,000 pages and dozens of reports of UFOs on
May 19, 1986, considered the *"Official UFO Night in Brazil",* when 21
spherical objects 100 meters in diameter were detected by radars and spotted
by civilian pilots, and jammed air traffic. Several Mirage and F5 jets were
scrambled to pursue them. As a result of that "invasion", the Air Force
minister *Brigadier Octavio Moreira Lima* spoke on the national TV declaring
UFOs are real. The pilots who took part in the pursuit and their commanders
also spoke freely about the pursuits, which occurred over several hours.

We've had several disclosures since 2007, all as a direct result of
the *Brazilian
Committee of UFO Researchers*. Brazil is the first country in the world to
officially and publicly admit the reality of the UFO Phenomena, and the

  Arizona Investigation of Missing Plane

*TUCSON* - Christina Vahlsing writes, "*Please investigate the missing
aircraft of which appears to be a Cessna in this UFO video at:*
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9cZ8F1KTTM The airplane was approaching
Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson at 4:15 PM, on August 8, 2009. *It
looks as though the UFO's powerful energy glimmered the Cessna's wings when
it came down on top of the Cessna; then the Cessna became invisible; and
then the UFO took it away at a very high speed proportion. *

Marc Dantonio writes, *"I had already analyzed the video of the supposed
plane vanishing. It was a hoax in my view. The UFO object motion was very
contrived as if created as part of a computer generated sequence, and there
were NO missing aircraft reported. That kind of tells the story. [

  California Sightings

*BURBANK* - I was watching my tree and I saw the object surrounded by the
clouds at 11: 50 PM, on September 11, 2009. It came out of the clouds and
then hid playing with me. I was not surprised since this is not the first
time its happened. I do not know how it knows when I'm going to go outside.
This Is the same object I've seen for years. Thanks to MUFON CMS



*NEVADA CITY* - Around 3 PM, I was watching my cat who was looking out into
a field and then looked straight up. His ears went flat and his eyes were
big and he ducked down and quickly ran to a tree to climb but stopped
halfway looking up all around on September 30, 2009. At that moment I saw a
reflection of a black oval moving away. I went and picked up the cat who was
trembling and shaking. Later that night at exactly 9:50 PM, I went outside
to feed the cat and saw flashing colorful lights just off the porch steps no
bigger than a baseball. It was very dark and I noticed that it was being
held by "something" about 1 to 2 feet tall. I was startled and the "thing"
was startled too and dropped the flashy lights and ran away super fast. I
looked at flashy light thing right in front of my pumpkin patch and heard it
hit the ground as it disappeared. Later I believe it bent a pumpkin leaf
stem. I was terrified.


  Colorado Cylinder Mothership

*SALIDA* - Tim Edwards filmed this cylinder shaped Mothership on August 27,
1995. I know what I Saw.


  Delaware Triangle

*ST. GEORGES* -- I work at a haunted house in Middletown on Route 13 south
of the St. Georges Bridge. On September 19, 2009, at 8:30 PM, several of the
Hayride actors boarded the tractor to take us to our positions along the
route. As we waited I heard someone said, *"Hey look at that!"* I saw a
cone-shaped burst of light accompanied by slight haze beaming towards the
earth; however it was too high to be a helicopter. Then I was struck by the
mist, because it was a remarkably clear night, not a cloud in slight. The
light was extremely bright, and no sound, and the light didn't appear to
move. The light was visible for at least four minutes then the brightness
vanished, but there was still a trace of light the lingered a faded. The
only thing I could come up with is maybe an experimental aircraft (because
of Dover AF base located about 25 miles away), but the still does not
explain the fog and the strange light. I was in the Marines for 5 years and
never saw anything like this. Twenty of us saw it and joked about seeing a

  Indiana Four Spheres

*BROWNSBERG* -- My friend Brad was getting ready to tape a marching band
competition on September 26, 2009, as storm clouds moved in and caught a
glimpse of four hovering spheres. He asked others who replied that they also
saw the objects. Brad turned on his camera, and videotaped about 43 seconds
of the objects before a fast moving cloud bank covered them up. We have let
some airport people see the video and they say it's not aircraft. This
sighting occurred at 3:30 PM, with blue skies. We do not think they are
stars. We don't have an explanation and thought you guys might interested in
seeing the video.

  Kansas Long Slender Cylinder

*SPRING HILL* - I was sitting in my room with the light on. I was looking
around my room; I noticed the reflection on my window looked different and
my dogs were barking on August 23, 2009 at 9:13 PM. A large and very soft
green light right outside of my window was distorting the reflection of the
light coming from my room in my room. There was an object just outside my
window. I could make out the object as a long, slender object, hovering 5
feet about the ground below the horizon of my window. The green light was
solid. The UFO had a red light that was blinking behind it. I observed the
object as it moved from left to right slowly going out of my line of sight,
but staying close to the ground. I felt overwhelmed and fascinated; Watching
the object, I felt absolutely no threat. I felt psychic/ghostly type
energies emanating from it(this made me feel like I was being watched.

  Kentucky Flying Triangle

*WURTLAND* - Account of Amber Timberlake: *"I saw an object travel from the
sky in front of us on September 30, 2009, at 8:47 PM, to the left side of
our car very rapidly. It then hovered, disappeared, and reappeared numerous
times before flying off over a hillside. "*

Account of Steven Biars: *"I was driving when we saw a bright object
lighting up and then disappearing. The object appeared to hover on the right
side of the road, near Mountain Enterprises, perhaps a few hundred feet in
the air. I initially thought it may have been a parachute plane because
there are several local flyers in this area. It quickly became apparent that
this wasn't a plane. The object lit up brightly before disappearing and then
reappeared and shot across the road before stopping and hovering again.* A
small white light on the underside and a brilliant blue light on the upper
side began to flash. A pinkish colored light on the front of the craft also
brightly lit, but it wasn't flickering like the white and blue lights. I
pulled over to attempt to get a picture  as the craft shot over a hillside.
I got back on the highway and turned around to follow the craft, but it was

  Maryland Cylinders Photographed

*WESTMINSTER *- While at Baugher's Farm Market on October 3, 2009 at 4:30PM,
my wife asked me to photograph a very large hawk and reviewing our images,
we noticed that there were more objects in the sky shaped tube-like cigar
the size of a greyhound bus or larger, maybe two miles away, 40 degrees
above horizon. We found at least three in one photo, and at least one in
another photo. All of the photos that we took this day were within a
time-frame of two hours and from differing perspectives. I used Nikon d40x
10.2 mega pix w/ 55-200 lens. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Michigan Lights

*SAUGATUCK* -- My sister witnessed this object on September 10, 2009, and
sent the photos to me seems I'm more into UFO phenomenon I've viewed the
pictures and don't know what to make of them i can't see them being
explained as any type of craft I've ever seen she said the lights just
danced around by the moon for a while so she got her camera and drove to the
woods for less light pollution and took the photos I'd like to know what you
think i have more pictures



*ROUND LAKE* - On October 4, 2009, I went out on the balcony of the cottage
overlooking Round Lake to smoke and noticed a bright tall box shaped object
with three sets of multi color blinking lights. It suddenly made a sharp
right turn and the lights went out and I could not see it. I went inside to
tell my wife and grabbed my cell phone to use its camera. I went back onto
the balcony and almost instantly noticed another very bright object moving
in the night sky towards me. This object was a bright white disc shaped
object that had a round center. I was able to get a picture of this object
before it turned and then went straight up and at a high rate of speed. I

  Minnesota Five Lights

*BEMIDJI* -- I was standing outside my apartment at around 10:30 PM, on
September 25, 2009 talking with my neighbor and my roommate when I noticed
five lights passing over going southeast. I then alerted my roommate by
yelling, *"Look at that!" *right before it passed behind a large tree. I was
extremely worked up because my roommate missed it, so I ran out to the
street but the lights were gone. It may have been very large. These lights
were all large and circular and flying in the formation of a slightly acute
triangle, arranged in three rows. One in the leading row and two in each of
the other two rows. It was totally silent as is passed. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Missouri - High Speed UFO

*Saint Louis* - UFO seen going at a much faster speed than any conventional
aircraft on October 1, 2009, at 7:45 PM. The object was far away, looked
like a small ball of light. When first noticed it was blinking red and white
lights. All of sudden it was like somebody turned on the lights. The object
looked like a ball of light and kept going at the same speed as before. It
vanished into the clouds and out of sight. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  New Jersey Abduction

*PINELANDS* - I was just 14 years old in August 5, 1967, with my Mom driving
me shotgun and my little brother and sister in the back seat. We had a
summer house on the Jersey shore in Beach Heaven and drove from our Trenton
home. In a barren stretch of road we all see an enormous flying object, so
large I could not see the ends; I saw just the belly of the craft. Mom
pulled the car over and it floated barely above tree level and it did not
make a sound. We huddled together. The crickets stopped whistling. One of
its lights focused on us and it stopped directly above us. I remember how it
lit my Mom's skin like today's LED's accept a thousand times more intense.
As fast as it came it was gone, with smaller crafts zipping around it. We
saw an excessive number of military trucks pass us right outside Fort Dix
and all the soldiers were looking up. When we got to the shore Mom called
Dad in Trenton and told him what we had seen and our realization of missing
time. Over six hours had passed and we can account for only ninety minutes
to drive this distance.

My dad instructed us not to say anything to anybody and the secret was kept
until 2000, when we discussed it with our dying Mother who remembered every
little detail exactly as I did, so did my brother and sister. My mother
asked, *"Did they hurt you?"* We all have the same scoop mark on our legs
and a patch where no hair grows on our legs. I had medical problems and the
doctor noticed scars in my organs from previous surgeries but I've never had
any surgery. The blue light appeared in my life several times over the
years. Today I am frail and sick with complications that cannot be
diagnosed. I believe my conditions to be related to that event.


  New York Deer Camera Photo

*AUBURN* - Over the last two years I have deer cameras set up on my farm to
photograph deer. My camera has been picking up some strange things I can't
explain such as strange lights. I was not there when the photos were taken
on September 2, 2009. The camera is triggered by heat, not by movement.
Attached is a strange object flying by the camera. Please let me know what

  Ohio Sighting

On October 1, 2009, at 9:15 PM, I received an iPhone call from Velma, my
wife's grandmother. She stated, *"There is a round bright white object
circling in the sky near my home".* My son Eric Stephenson and I went
outside and looked up into the sky and observed the object. I tried to take
pictures but they didn't turn out. I then contacted my uncle Bill Stephenson
a MUFON investigator from New Jersey and informed him of this event. He told
me to contact MUFON. There was no other craft in the sky and the object had

  North Carolina Light

*CHARLOTTE* - I saw a large circular object floating above the trees and
Highway 16 on February 10, 2009, at 6:20 PM. It was 200 yards ahead of me
and 100 to 150 feet in diameter and I could not see the entire
circumference. It was hovering and I could see in clear detail four lights
on opposite sides in a sort of perfect X formation on the bottom of the
object. There was a hollow hole in the bottom center of the saucer. I could
not clearly see the top of the object. I did not see anything that would
explain its method of flight a few feet above the trees.

I passed directly under one of the light fixtures of the huge object that
emitted an intense cone of light similar to those that illuminate night
construction on highways. The light seemed to be held onto the object on two
sides by small V like metal structures, and the light itself could not have
been larger than a 100 watt generic bulb, yet it burned with great
intensity. The center hole of the object seemed to ascend into the object
into a total blackness and took up about 15 of the bottom surface area. The
outer hull was a metallic material with texture and not smooth, yet it was
flat on the bottom. When I passed in fear under the object I was going close
to 100 mph to get out of its way. I don't think my sketches are of any
conventional or "manmade" object.

*Note: *William Puckett states, *"The witness has described in much detail a
very unusual sighting. If his observations are accurate this object has many
of the characteristics of a classic flying saucer sighting."*


  Pennsylvania - Sparkling Lights

*WEST CHESTER* - From our back deck my boyfriend and I witnessed sparkling
whitish lights in a cluster of trees near a small waterway. We wrote the
incident off initially as lightning bugs but when we saw the Bucks County
UFO special woman describing the "UFO Christmas lights" we both got
Goosebumps because her description was uncanny to our experience. We
witnessed what appeared to be thousands of winkling lightning bugs floating
around trees. The lights were not blinking intermittently like lightning
bugs do, there were sparkles all over the leaves. We sat on the deck for
several minutes watching. After researching lightning bugs, these simulated
images that were generated were exactly the same thing we saw.

This woman also saw lights in the sky that were the same as something we a
few years later. The lights appeared to be in a planned geometric pattern
that convinced us of it not being a typical aircraft. This happened in the
early summer of 2007, around 9:30 PM. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Tennessee Long Slender Object

*Cookeville* - I was outside taking my dog for a walk, and noticed some
crows circling and thought that was odd, and noticed this long and skinny
looking flying object that was silent. I stared at it until I could see it
better, and saw there were no wings or flashing lights as a plane would
have. The whole side of it looked "flat", or at least there were no obvious
bumps to cast shadows. It looked white where the sun was shining on it. It
moved too fast to be a blimp. I wanted to run inside and grab my camera, but
I didn't think I would have time before it disappeared. The object was
flying in a straight and didn't waver up or down and flew out of my view.

  Washington Photo

*SAWTOOTH MOUNTAINS* - Hiking the high range of the Sawtooth Mountains west
of Twisp, we approached a pass just below 8,000 feet and stopped to take
some pictures of my companions as we reached the top of the pass. We didn't
notice anything unusual until we previewed my images and saw something in
one shot over the far ridge that looks to be a UFO. I've been looking and
waiting to see a real UFO myself my entire 55 years, this is a first for me.
Images taken before and after of the same view show nothing.

I am a Photographer and use Photoshop alot and I know imaging, but I haven't
messed with this image at all other than to zoom up and clip out the UFO
section and enhanced the resolution a little, also made a negative out of
one of the clips to get and different look. Looking closer I became more
convinced it was three dimensional, not dirt on my lens or a digital blurb.
The mid day sun was high behind my left shoulder about 15-20 degrees and
looking at the clip the object seems to have highlights and shadows matching
the sun's position. It also has a dark band around its middle and a light

  West Virginia Climbing Light

*SAINT ALBANS* - I was sitting on my front porch smoking and just happened
to see a bright white light slowly headed directly upwards. It seemed to
move while I was not looking. I watched for about five minutes as the light
moved even more and I thought it might be a star, but it was too bright and
I had to look really hard to see any stars. This was shaped like a five
point "stick" star and was irregularly bright. I came inside to get my
camera and when I went back outside to take a picture, I aimed my camera and
I could see the craft through my screen but when I actually took the picture
I couldn't see the light anywhere. I changed my settings on my camera and
took pictures with flash and managed to get a picture with a view of the

  Wisconsin UFO Photos

*TREMPEALEAU* - I was taking several pictures in succession while walking
down Highway 35 about three miles away from Trempealeau. Later I used my
camera for something else and looked over the pictures on my computer.
Trempealeau Mountain has been considered sacred to the ancient people and it
is the mountain you see in the pictures. I did not notice these objects
until I looked at the pictures on my computer. The shapes seemed quite odd
to me. There was allot of energy coming in with the storm, but I don't
remember a lot of wind at this time. What do you all think? I am sending

  Argentina: Woman Visited by 14 "Extraterrestrials"

*FLORENCIO VARELA* - Suddenly, in the middle of the night, fourteen aliens
surrounded the bed of Karina a 23 year old young woman, that she shared with
her husband and small daughter. They looked at her silently, and at no
moment did she feel fear. The case is investigated by Grupo OVNI - Jorge
Marron and Daniel Valverdi who feel the case is 90% true. "*Karina reports
the aliens visit our planet on six-month rotations, and there are dozens of
civilizations from other planets that come down and interact on Earth to
study it." Circles and shapes that appear on fields are signals they employ
among themselves. I opened my eyes and saw the beings standing beside me. I
uncovered myself and sat up. They were around the bed, fourteen of them 1.30
meters tall except for one who was taller and staring at my husband. *

She tried to wake her husband and her baby during a 40 minute alien
interview.  Karina says, "*I even dug my nails into him, but nothing. The
beings told me telepathically not to wake up my husband, because he was not
ready and I could answer them telepathically. They were all practically
alike. They were skinny, with long necks and small heads. Their eyes were
black, like almonds, slanted, and their mouths were also small. They had
little wrinkles on their face and the head was oval. They had shoulders;
their fingers were long and had no nails," *stated Karina. They touched her
hair, the palms of her hands and lifted one of her arms."

*"Five of them were on the left, four facing me and five on the right side
of the bed. I spoke by my mouth but it didn't move. I managed to touch one
of the little ones, and he touched my face. I just felt the need to touch
him, and in fact I felt peaceful in their company. I never had the
impression that they could harm my daughter or any one of us," Karina
insists. "Suddenly he touched me with two fingers, and finally brushed a
finger along my forehead. They told me they had come to give me answers
about a black book (the Bible) and that what I was thinking was in fact
true. When I asked them a question, they told me everything, with details."*
In her conversation with the researchers, Karina stated "*the tall one was
looking at my husband all the time. His head was slightly smaller than the
others, because the small ones had rather larger heads. It felt like
touching a baby's skin - they had little wrinkles, but I couldn't feel them
when I touched one of them. The skin was cold and the color was odd, neither
white nor gray. They had a skin tone that doesn't exist here."* (Translation

  Brazil Hovering UFO

*POUSO ALEGRE (Minas Gerai)* - On September 22, 2009, one multi-color object
stayed in the same place for two hours. I was on the Ferno Dias Interstate
driving to north. This object was blinking and at first opinion I thought it
was a commercial plane, but the light was strong and blinking. But there is
no airport with commercial flights near Pouso Alegre. The object was visible
on my front. Suddenly the object flashed and makes a trajectory like a

  Canada Sightings

*TORONTO* - Paul Shishis writes, "*I thought to share an enhancement of an
unknown aerial anomaly photographed in Scarborough. This would be my third
sighting on September 17, 2009, at 12:59 PM, and the object was quite
brilliant ion white. I watched and filmed this thing moving westward into
the clouds towards Toronto against the wind. Picture says a 1000 words and
this was definitely unidentified. Thanks again for helping folks realize -

  China UFO Buzzes Golfers During Game

*QINHUANGDAO* - Michael Cohen reports, "*Over the last few months China has
experienced something of an unprecedented wave of UFO sightings and events."
* The rash of UFO sightings culminated with the August mass UFO sighting
that occurred in the province of Shandong where countless residents saw and
filmed two seemingly huge objects that appeared to be partially covered by
cloud in the night sky. In the last month UFO sightings in China have died
down. Some less significant sightings are still trickling in. A reader sent
us the above photo of a UFO snapped in the port city of Qinhuangdao. Mr.
Wang, a golfer, was taking a photo of his friend as he took a swing during a
game. Mr. Wang noticed a strange object hovering in the distance as he was
focusing and managed to capture it on film. Thanks to info@...


   France Pictures

*GOUPILLIERES* - I have a lot pictures I took on September 25, 2009, at 4:25
PM, of strange flying objects. Please, look at them and analyze them in
order to see by yourself. I've put the photos on my site that are quite
shocking. From the ground, you couldn't notice the shape. Planes were flying
under it, so it was high in the sky. I have had the bright star in sight
since May of this year, and it moves quite a bit, often near midnight or 11
PM. I made an animation of the first night.

  Iran Revolutionary Guard Shoots Down Shining Object

*PERSIAN GULF* - Iranian state media is reporting that the Revolutionary
Guard shot down an 'unidentified shining
object'<http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=106809&sectionid=351020101>,
one of a number of unknown 'glowing objects' sighted over the Gulf by the
Revolutionary Guard. No word on what happened to the other 'glowing objects'
which were not shot down. The UFOs were shot down near the islands of Khark
and Khargou. According to Brigadier Ali Razmjou of the Guard, three unknown
objects were picked up by Iranian radar. When the radar indicated that the
blips were not Iranian aircraft, the Revolutionary Guard opened fire. One of
the objects was successfully hit while the other two evaded being shot down.
The remains have not been found yet. It is important to note that an
unidentified flying object is just that — an unidentified flying object. A
flying saucer filled with aliens? Not so likely? A covert flight or aerial
vehicle is much more likely. The Iranian media is highlighting the UFO
aspect of the story.


  Italy Circle UFO in photo taken in the Alps

*GENOVA* - We were trekking from Rifugio Genova above Lago di Bocan toward
the Colle di Bocan in Alpi Marittime when I took a picture of my husband.
After arriving home, we saw an unidentified object in the photo, which was
not seen when taking the picture.

  Mexico Flying Humanoid

[image: MXmay2209humanoid.gif] *TOLUCA* - I took a picture of the rainbow on
May 22, 2009, and later realized there was something else in the frame that
I cannot explain. I saw something very similar to this in 1995, on my way to
work in El Segundo near the LAX Airport. I saw this jet black object in the
sky, south of the LAX runway, over Imperial Highway. It was the size of a
garage and jet black with no reflective surface. It did not move, but I
could only watch it for a minute since I had to get to work. Later, I read
about a black object spotted by children and a pilot in the Orange County
Register Newspaper. He took out his binoculars and said it was looked like a

  Norway Flying Object

*OSLO* - On October 2, 2009, at 2:53 PM, I was standing at a bus stop with
my Mother, when I noticed a flying object a couple kilometers away. At
first, I thought it was a satellite, but then I noticed it's movement. I can
recognize all types of aircraft. It was flying rapidly in a pattern
resembling the figure "8", as well as zigzagging at tremendous speeds. I
knew nothing we had at the time could fly in that way. I have always been
interested in UFO's, so I became very excited. Suddenly the object stopped,
and just hovered, before it blasted away over my head really fast, with a
short trail of light after it. I didn't hear any noise. Thanks to MUFON CMS


  Spain Video of UFO

*BENALMADENA* - Object was seen hovering for 15 minutes before it drifted
towards me, and turned on its end and gained altitude until it disappeared
from sight on September 12, 2009, at 8:45 pm. A Scots holidaymaker told how
he spotted a UFO hovering above a Spanish tourist town from his hotel
balcony. Raymond Meyer, of Guardbridge, was in his hotel room at the Hotel
Siroco in Benalmadena when he saw the object a few hundred yards away. He
has placed the footage - shot in mid-September - on video site YouTube,
where hundreds of visitors have already viewed the film.

  UK/England UFO sightings

*GORLESTON* - A group of UFOs were spotted hovering silently in the sky
above Gorleston Beach on October 4, 2009. A Bradwell couple Melvin and
Heather Edwards saw a sequence of five white lights appear at around 8 PM.
The mysterious objects faded and then returned to view for up to eight
minutes before vanishing completely. Heather said: "*We had been fishing on
the beach since about 5.30pm, when we saw a bright light in the sky and then
more appeared. "Four of the lights were in a diamond shape with another
slightly to one side.*"

*MAIDSTONE, KENT* - I was sitting in the garden with my wife on August 18,
2009, at 6:05 PM, when I noticed two strange objects and told her to look up
and she also saw them.  The rear one moved up and down, and then joined up
with the other one. They were circular in shape with a black hump in the
middle, the outer rim had lights or burning fuel, not sure which. The speed
they took off with was absolutely incredible, and there was no noise at all.

  Hello Everyone,

There is *exciting news about the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot
initiative petitioning campaign* in Denver. There are also some immediate
challenges that need to be quickly overcome and I am asking for your help.

The good news is that *we are very close to an historic achievement and
getting on the ballot.* The less convenient news is that we have more
signatures to collect and submit by Nov. 2.

On Sept. 29, the Denver Elections Division completed its review of the 7,298
signatures we submitted on Sept. 4.

Total accepted signatures:                         2,944
Total rejected signatures:                          4,322
Total needed for ballot access:                  3,972
*Total needed to "cure" insufficiency:  1,028*

Based on the validation checks by the petitioning company, we expected to
have the 3,972 valid Denver voter signatures required to get on the ballot
in 2010. So we were shocked to find out that we were 1,028 valid signatures
short. Instead of the 65% validity rate promised by the petitioning company,
the elections office results showed only a 40% validity rate. Another
petition done by the same company and many of the same petitioners, partly
at the same time, got a 60% validation rate.

Many hours have been spent trying to find one or more basic causes for the
discrepancy. We intend to review many of the rejected signatures ourselves.
But this takes time and we can't be certain that the Elections Division will
reverse their decision on any of the rejected signatures we determine as
valid.

One glaring error in the Elections Division procedures was a written
instruction that reviewers should reject any signatures where the *"signed
dates are before or after the notary date"*. It should have said, when
the *"signed
dates are before the date the petition was approved for circulation, or
after the notary date"*. The erroneous instruction, if strictly complied
with, would effectively cause all signatures to be rejected. Obviously that
did not happen but it is not clear if this and a few other confusing or
erroneous instructions caused any unjustified rejections of signatures.

*Petitioners were already back on the street by Oct. 1 to start collecting
at least 1,028 new valid signatures to ensure getting on the ballot.* The
petitioning company expects about 1,000 signatures to be collected by Oct.
15 and this should result in 400-500 new valid signatures. We will check
each signature for validity.

However, we immediately need at least 1,500 additional signatures, beyond
the 1,000 by Oct. 15 to ensure we have at least 1,200-1,300 valid signatures
to offer a comfortable margin of safety for the 1,028 that we need. This
requires only another $1,500 to keep the paid professional petitioners going
beyond Oct. 15.

Here's what I'm asking you to do:

*1. Help collect signatures* if you are living in the Denver area. Contact
me for details. This will be an added buffer as well.

*2. Make any size donation* at http://www.extracampaign.org/Donate.html. *Each
$10 equals 5 more valid signatures!*
We've received donations from as far away as Switzerland and Hong Kong.
Larry W. Bryant of Virginia, a columnist for UFO Magazine, has already paid
for at least 1/2 of over $8,000 in petitioning costs. He lives modestly with
only dial-up Internet and is committed to the success of this historic
campaign. But many small donations add up.

*3. Purchase one or more of the donated items from the list below*.
Collectively, even at special prices being offered, these donated items and
services would produce over $2,000 in funds to cover the remaining
petitioning. Why not do some early holiday shopping for yourself or others
and help *"save the galaxy"* at the same time. The special 150th issue of
UFO Magazine will especially be valuable since it has Larry W. Bryant on the
cover and predictions about the ballot initiative inside.

As you can see, the task could be as simple and easy as buying some nice
gifts for yourself or others. But the importance of this campaign can not be
overestimated. A new wave of negative propaganda about ETs will start the
day after our Nov. 2 deadline for turning in signatures.

*"V" premieres Nov. 3 on ABC in prime time.*  Read the preview at the
following link and you'll see why it reinforces our need to succeed. We
can't let corporate propaganda control the perception of the ET/UFO reality.
