Do you mean where on the Madmappers website?

Not all the data listed on the Madmappers website is available for free
download.
Only data for which Madmappers have obtained permission to freely
distribute are available for download.
The data that is available for download, have a download button on the
page showing the thumbnail.

The South Africa 1:50k topo series is available for free download (one
sheet at a time), but is it also available on DVD, which is a much more
cost effective option (for Madmappers and the user).
For single sheet download of the 1:50 maps:
Raster maps | South Africa | sgSA50k | <province> | <map sheet> | <click
download button>

Best is to contact Madmappers directly: info [at] madmappers.com and
enquire about the availability of the specific data that you are
interested in.
