I got excited again when I discovered that if you did a "preview" rather than
just printing the report, the little "email" icon appears. I thought I might
have discovered the "secret". Alas, the same thing happened. I clicked,
outlook launched. I double checked, and XI is my default email program in IE.
As a matter of fact, when I clicked that email icon from the preview screen, I
even got an error message saying that no email program was available for sending
this report, and to please set Outlook as my default email program (which I
found very interesting from the XI PROGRAM)...LOL!

Outlook, which is not an option!!! I'm hoping Mark will figure this out for us.
It would be wonderful if we could just email the showings report directly to the
interested party.

copy/paste the content into an email.

icon appeared at the top of the screen. I was pretty surprised to find out that
clicking the icon launched MS OUTLOOK (not my XI email client), and that the
file was sent as an "LL" file. When I sent it, and tried to open it in XI, it
didn't open. Not sure what that's all about. Anyway, that's a no go.

option that would simply launch XIs email client, include the content of the
report in HTML format (which the program does already anyway), so that the
report can be sent directly to the seller (or whomever). That would be very
cool.

html, when you OK the print, one of the options on the screen is to send the
file as EMAIL. I selected that option, WHICH AGAIN LAUNCHED OUTLOOK, but the
html file was attached, and could be sent to a seller. Not sure why they system
is launching Outlook. XI is definitely set as my default in IE preferences, but
there seem to be parts of XI that don't recognize that.

some light on this topic!
