Don't even bother with an online petition. They're just as good as a
blank piece of paper (given how easy it is to forge entries to them).
If you want to get somewhere you're going to need to use something
more effective like a paper petition rather then telling people to
sign the online one and then think they've done something and not do
anything more effective.
