It's rare that anyone in government IT is looking for input from outside. The
site listed below provides us an opportunity to expound on the virtues of Open
Source, Agile Development processes and Ruby on Rails in particular. If you work
in the government space, improving government is in your immediate self
interest, but even if you don't, we are all tax payers and it's in everybody's
interest to grow government applications that meet citizen needs quickly, cost
effectively using solid tools like Rails and agile processes.
