Matthew,
Meade sells complete motors on their Outlet site for
about $15 a set. These are for the DS series scopes
not the DS2000.
Meade uses off the shelf encoder components as far as
I know. The LED's and other parts should be available
at any GOOD electronics retailer.
You might look at the robo-scope group for schematics
and or pictures of the motors. I know I have seen them
somewhere on the web but can't remember where just
now.
