I don't have a digital camera, I'll try to borrow one this weekend.
that's the easy part. I don't know how to post pictures! But I'll try
next week.
It is a simple process. I drilled and tapped the gear and screwed in
a allen set screw that just protruded one surface of the gear, the
outside. The washer with the three tabs on the interior was then
drilled with a slightly larger hole so that the set screw end could
fit it easy, not too loose. Then I put the original spring washer
over the works and used the given knob to tighten it. That's it.
I'll get the pictures and give the drill and tap sizes next week.
I'll let you know when I get it all together.
