The paper follows a suggestion which Robert Fountain gave me in Istanbul last
year: that the cyclus solaris should be sonsidered and used as 28 = 6 + 5 + 6 +
11 rather that 28 = 7 x 4. I then applied the principle to the Easter cycle of
532 years, and investigated into the historical background of the matter.
The outcome should be surprising for the expert of the history of Christian
computistics as for the expert of mental calculation of Calendar dates.
