Hi,

The standard Leitz Ortholux illuminator uses a 6V 5A Osram 8110 or 8100S, or
equiv. These have slightly different globe diameters, but the base to
filament dimension is the same, and either will work fine. Googling the
above bulb type will bring up numerous sources for these.
