MidkarTech is an associate group of MIDKAR. Here you can start, or join in discussions on software, hardware, and equipment used in making MIDI files or performing with MIDI files.


Entertainers and Musicians can also discuss the use of MIDI in performing on stage. You can post MIDI files here, but the posting of files are under the rules of MIDKAR:

1. No commercial or professional files are to be posted.
(The moderators will ban members from the list after one warning).

2. No stripped files. (Your Posted MIDI must have embedded information, with at least the sequencer's name).
A. No "Remixed", "Unknown Sequencer", or "Edited by" files are allowed.
B. Refer to Rule # 2. Original sequencers name MUST appear in file.

3. NO more than 5 posts per day with files by any single member.

4. SPAMMERS will not be tolerated and will be banned from this group immediately. If you attempt to subscribe without a profile, a reasonable comment as to why you want to join or an invalid email address, you will not be approved.

5. Political, religious, and social comments have NO place in this group.
Any post containing or linking to political or religious content or sites must be stated in the SUBJECT line. Please participate in good faith. Thank You.

Finally, you must have your e-mail settings set to "Individual E-mails" and you must ALSO change (just below it) Message Format: to "Full featured" or "Traditional", in order to get the attachment and HTML. When you join it is set to "Default". Again, you will NOT receive the attached file unless YOU have your settings to receive individual e-mail from MidkarTech.
