Step 1 Lower tank with all liquid 2  heat and create enough vapor with adequate pressure to force liquid up to upper tank 3. You want only liquid in upper

Don't forget the wheel works best under load, when there is time for all the lower tank liquid to condense in the top tank, so testing an experimental wheel
