Having canoed to a couple of opponent flags (and dash points), and dealt with
trying to get close to them in a moving vehicle, in a moving river, with wind
pushing me a bit as well, I think that this might be harder than you expect. An
invisible 10 meter radius circle can be an awfully hard target to hit, even with
the arrow on the GPS pointing at it.

That said, if the code can handle it, as a guy who takes his kids to school on a
trailer behind his bike, I'm all for a game like this.
