Novell (company that now sponsors Mono project) has formed an agreement with
Microsoft
, which covers patent issues on Mono, which means according to Novell there
should not be any patent issues when people using Mono.
Miguel De Icaza , who now works for Novell, has posted two items on his blog

Try deleting .mozilla directory in your $HOME directory. Doing so

you'll delete your plugins, themes and other stuff also..

Actually i already tried this.even from google i made some changes to its
configuration file but problem still there and there are lot of users facing
this problem.with fresh fedora 9 installation i am getting this problem.in
fedora 8 there was no such problem.
