mrInterview CATI.  Does anyone have experience with this product?

Does it scale?  Good news, bad news? 

We have heard mixed reviews and so I’m looking for some feedback. 

In one day, I heard everything from…
 

“it is a wonderful product, works like a charm”….

to…..

“they finally added the features needed and it hasn’t failed us yet”….

to….

“it is a complete disaster, typical SPSS beta product with nonexistent support, stay far far away”….

to…..

“we have rebuilt our environment twice already, I’m not certain where the fault rests”….. 

to…

“no comment, our lawyers are involved”…

Is there anyone out there with a large scale build-out doing global projects yet?  I’m interested to hear your thoughts.
