Hi,
We have experienced the same results with mrStudio 4.0 as well.
Sometimes it results in tables missing (empty worksheets), other
times the unknown aggregator error.
Our 'fix' has always been to shut down mrStudio and re-run.
I haven't tested it in any more recent releases, but I'd expect that
they've improved the export.
