The observations are Pogson step estimates. Identifications and
V magnitudes of comparison stars were taken from the sequence of
Variable Star Section, Norwegian Astronomical Society.

Observations are differential photometry with V and Rc filters.
Identifications of comparison and reference stars are from
http://www.astro.uio.no/~bgranslo/sequence/V2362_Cyg.seq .
Note for Apr. 15.126 and Apr 21.092: Assuming Rc = 10.00 for both
ZG and G.
