A private, non-moderated, member-approved, discussion list for general discussion regarding New Energy Congress matters. This is not where we will discuss particular technologies. That will be done at NEC-TechRev. Rather, this forum is more for talking about the idea of the congress, and other administrative/housekeeping matters. For example, the criterion by which technologies will be judged would be a good discussion topic. The question of intellectual protection would also be appropriate, as would the pros and cons of open sourcing in general. General strategy discussions would likewise be germane.

This is a required list for all Congress members, who should at least be subscribed to receive these in "digest" mode. NEC Advisors can use the "no email" option.

Unless otherwise stated, membership is required to participate in the polls run through this list. Advisors may observe all polls, but only vote in the polls specifically allowing or requesting their participation.
