Bo,
Thanks for sharing this information. Two more things about tomorrow evening legal seminar:
(1) There will be a prize drawing at the event. The prize is a life time free license for using the WebNotes online tool:
"WebNotes is an online highlighter and sticky note tool that allows anyone to爐ake notes while performing internet research. WebNotes also allows the user to compile these notes along with bibliographic information into an aggregated report to send to clients or colleagues.燯sage examples爉ight include an attorney researching prior art for a patent case, or even a public relations爁irm compiling a media monitoring report for their clients."
So you've decided to take the plunge and start your own business. What do you do first? Should I incorporate, and if so where? Do I form an LLC? Do I form a Limited Partnership?
The decisions you make in forming your new venture will have long lasting legal, tax and other implications and you may only have one chance to make these decisions correctly.
