During training a bug was discovered in the way issue loans were being
processed. As a result of the bug issues were not being marked as
checked out in Serials. New templates (TMPLT - NBSER27806.NTF and
TMPLT - NBSRC27806.NTF) have been posted to the production FTP site,
Kit B.

If you check out periodical issues and want to have the loan annotated
in the Serials Catalog you may wish to have tempates replaced in
production. Make sure your Notes admin has the databases signed after
the datases have had their designs replaced.
