Apologies...I was at an email kiosk and saw an incoming email from a
customer regarding a request to allow patrons to enter research
documents directly into the system. I hit the delete key, expecting it
to beleft on the server where it would bounce over to my regular
email. It didn't.

Whoever sent the email, would you kindly send it again? I have some
ideas I want to share with you regardding authentication, etc.
