A bug was discovered in the NOTEbookS Serials
Database. The bug stops issues which are checked out from being
checked back in directly from Serials Circulation. As a result they
must be checked back in from Serials.

If this presents a problem to you please ask your notes admin to
download the latest "B" kit from the RASCO web site and replace the
template for the Serials database with the new one in the kit (with
file name TMPLT - NBSER33205.NTF). Only this template needs to be
replaced from the kit. The password for the kit is unchanged.
