Problem: An option in the online catalog is to restrict readers. If
this parameter is set in the configuration document and readers are
restricted from a document then all reader restrictions removed from
the same document library staff cannot read the record. This has been
repaired to remove the reader names field if all restrictions are
removed.
If you do not use the restrict readers option this will not affect
your catalog.
