I see it has been awhile since anyone has posted. Hope everyone is
having a great summer! I just returned from a 2 day cheesemaking
seminar. It was quite informative and a lot of fun. I am hoping to
attempt making some cheese in my kitchen now and then see where it may
lead. Well have to go, we have been busy working in the barn and of
