This is a FREE ,self guided tour of 3 alpaca farms in Washington County that will be opening their doors to allow the public an opportunity to meet and enjoy these wonderful animals---the Alpaca. See, first hand, how early Americans, spun and dyed home grown yarn. Or better yet, give spinning a try yourself. There will be opportunities to interact with adult and baby alpacas. Try some fiber arts projects, its more than just yarn! In addition, you will be able to start some early holiday shopping at different fiber shops each farm has to offer. This is a FREE event, so come on out and enjoy scenic Washington County in the fall, and stop and make some new 4-legged friends.
