Greetings!

You know spring is coming when mardi gras is close at hand.  We are very excited to be planning a women in agriculture workshop see below for the details.  It should be an exciting day - make sure you keep the date open!!!  Once again our chefs have outdone themselves with an outstanding menu I just don't know what to try first.  Be sure and check out the gluten free and vegetarian offerings!!!  And drum roll please we are now adding pancakes to our fabulous breakfast menu.  So come on out and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with us while we get ready to celebrate an awesome year....

Save the Date - Women in Agriculture Workshop 03/22/09

It's about time we had a workshop like this in our area - the final details are being worked out as we send you this email.  The workshops we have lined up include small engine trouble shooting, welding, electric, plumbing, time management and more.  Many of these workshops are being taught by women.  So for great opportunities for networking, developing new skill sets keep this date available!!!!

We are open on Saturdays throughout the winter, weather depending, from 9 AM to 3PM.  Breakfast is served from 10AM to 1PM.  This week in addition to our now famous eggs we'll begin serving pancakes with organic maple syrup.
 
What we have this week: Organic eggs, ground beef and cranberries.  Sweet potatoes, garlic, onions yellow, white and red, cabbage red and green, red pears, apples, turnips, beets, grapes, broccoli, spinach, red peppers, mini colored peppers, carrots, parsnips , mushrooms, ginger, oranges, tangerines, lady apples, seckle pears, vidalia onions, Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar, New York organic maple syrup, local honey, jellies, and our dried beans.  From our hitunnels we should have lettuces, kale and cilantro. 
 
Breakfast is served from 10AM to 1PM, due to the wonderful response reservations are highly recommended!!!
