Having problems with message search?
Well, I've been a little underwhelmed by this. Interest in the trial seemed to fizzle, so I tried it out on my own with a couple of connections.
The functionality seems excellent, but the working not a little clunky
The presentation uploader seems quite impressive, but crashed completely shortly after I uploaded a presentation (no idea what happened - the presentation didn't get there either). There's an irritating 'XXX has joined', 'XXX has left' message, which will be quite unworkable - I expect it's a configuration issue, but if not it's a showstopper. I'd have hoped for a console where the user can do everything (record, set up conference); instead it seems you have to have different URLs for each feature.
I suppose I was hoping for something with a 10 minute learning time for the organiser, given the cost.
Is there a PowWowNow expert out there who can tell me this are all problems of incompetence, and it's really all fine?
