That's correct and I actually use Jott and find it quite helpful.

What I had in mind was Jottit, which is found at Jottit.com. In Maryland,
we're looking to revise our LLC statute and, to assist the project, I've set up
a Jottit page at:

Other than the confusing similarity between their names, I don't believe that
there's any relationship between the two projects.
