Public archives and discussion of new "space energy" science and technology developments submitted, starting August 2001, to California Governor and California Energy Commission to encourage California to take lead in developing this new industry to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power technologies.

This campaign began with a personal visit to Governor Gray Davis' office and California Energy Commission office by Dr. Fred B. Wood, Sr., Phd; Dr. Brian O'Leary PhD; Hal Fox; Mark Comings; and David Crockett Williams.

As of September 16, 2003, there has been no substantive response from the Governor's office or the California Energy Commission to this information or this suggestion.
