The debut of all new groups and for groups all ready in existence but could use a little more exposure.
Developed to help out those groups that could use more membership. Yahoogroups, Topica, Smartgroups, et.
You do not have to own a group to join,this is a place for people to look over groups that share in your same interest. If you are going to advertise you better have a valid group to go to, no URL sites, it must be a group. If you're only interested in advertising groups such as, "Meet other adult singles here", it will be deleted. Don't waste my time with these, they will only be returned to you as not posted in required time.

NO Get Rich quick scams, need money, get a job. No Spam, I don't like to be bothered on the phone with sales and I don't want to be bothered here. Some of these annoying emails will get through but sooner or later it will be caught and the sender deleted. NO NONE ZERO ZILCH ZIP NOTTA ON THE GROUPLY FRIENDS REQUEST. I don't know you, people on this group don't know you. So why would you want me to become one of your Grouply friends. DO NOT REQUEST IT Please do the following.

Put group name in subject.
Describe your group.
Give information on how to join your group.
Please no more than one new lIST (group)announcement per message.
No more than once per day can you list your group. Please no more than 7 posts per day. Later as membership grows it will be changed to once per week per group. Members will be notified of changes by Special Notice Mail.

Group owner has the right to edit any message to conform to these requirements.
