else's research graft .

I'm glad I posted it as your additional observations factor a host of other
considerations into the equation. I'm learning more about this business of
traffic by the hour. Haven't you rally strengthened the case for a car-free 200
metre circle around a school to, as you say:

(a) to discourage the very short escort journey's ,and
(b) to disperse the focus and enable free movement

Has any school in the world tried this?
