In some states as France, they can decide on closing certain classes and even
schools in small villages (generally when less than 15 pupils are registered) or
group several levels to form multi-village classrooms; children will then travel
to school, usually by bus or parents'cars. I am not sure that transportation
magagement and daily stress is counted in this approach.
