To confirm, I re-read the manuals (SB600 and SB800) and no where it was written
that you need to set ISO on the flash when used wirelessly. In fact on the SB-
600, there is no way you can set the ISO at all in any mode. So you are quite
correct. Another case of rep with half baked knowledge I guess!
Also when you talk about CLS system, I guess it also includes wireless modes
too, isn't?
By the way, the exposure with D90 when using flash is way better compared to D70
with which I always used to get under exposure.
In fact even in daylight D90 gives incredible results even when shooting with
heavy back lighting. Rarely there is need to touch the exposure comp button.
