Hi Patrick,
A question and a thought (and my apologies if the question has been answered):
What are you bouncing against outdoors? Indoors you have other surfaces to help
throw your light evenly when you use your Stofen Omni Bounce with your flash.
Why do you not use your flip flash outdoors? You don't have to worry about
those deep shadows you could get if you were indoors. Granted, I wouldn't use
it on a subject more than 6-8 feet away, but it's quite useful in a pinch.
