Description
Description Category: Digital Photography
A list devoted to discussion of the Nikon D100, D200, D300 and D700 Digital SLR camera.
Discussions are centred on special techniques and considerations of Nikon digital SLR equipment, with an "emphasis" on D100/D200/D300/D700 "gear". This will include discussion of other brands of similar equipment (such as the Fujifilm S1 and S2 Pro) which is based on Nikon SLR bodies. Otherwise, although discussion of non-Nikon-based rival brands is permitted insofar as relevant to particular features of the D100/D200/D300/D700 which are being discussed, general 'brand wars' are not permitted. Photographic techniques, printing, showing you own galleries and PhotoShop are allowed. This is a family group, any image or post not appropriate to a family audience will be removed along with that member. Basically this group is to help D100, D200, D300 D700 owners achieve the very best from their cameras.
The "small print". Differences of opinion are expected, but "flaming" will not be tolerated, we expect politeness and curtsey to all. "Spamming", religion, politics and race issues are not allowed, you will be banned permanently without contact. We have an expression here in the UK about "old women" talking, when a subject has passed it's "sell by date", let it drop. Or if you are chatting with another member, please take it off list unless specifically of interest to D100 - D200 - D300 - D700 owners. If this list gets Spamed, trust the moderators to remove the offending person, do not mention it or go on about it.
Many, many thanks to the late Rick Housh for the foresight in setting this group up. As they once said in "Toy Story ?" onwards and upwards Dave Cawley.

Re: hdr pano
well the pano itself worked well, but to me it appears that the color saturation, particularly in the greens, it a bit too hot. I've been shooting a few hdr
