The Eye Institute of Salus University is an unrivaled setting of

on the University's Oak Lane (Northwest Phila) Campus as well as local
Satellite Clinics, The Eye Institute is the "clinical classroom,"
providing both education for the student and patient care for the
residents of the Delaware Valley and beyond. Our health care
professionals work together to provide total vision care with more than
60,000 patient visits each year.

We are seeking an individual to provide maintenance and support for the
clinical practice's management software (CompulinkTM) and electronic
health record.



Qualified candidates will possess:

* The knowledge of fundamental concepts of data processing along
with a minimum 2 years of college level education in computer science or
related field or equivalent related work experience.
* Experience in SQL database administration and report writing and
Crystal report writing.
* Excellent customer service skills and manner

In this role you will act as the primary contact with CompulinkTM,
including service, sales, training and technical issues as the computer
desktop software information resource to the clinical practice end user
via telephone and in person. You will maintain vendor relations with
companies providing contracted maintenance for the practice and provide
training support to end users of the practice software and electronic
medical record.
