Straight Vegetable Oil (SVO) Conversion Class
Two-tank System

Taught by Bill Jacobs, local diesel mechanic, Berkeley Biodiesel
Collective member, and experienced biodiesel/svo brewer/user


When: Saturday, December 10th. (Raindate Dec. 17th)
What time: 10:00 – 4:00
Where: Bill’s house, off MLK in Oakland
What Car: Bill’s 1979 Mercedes 300D wagon


We are only allowing 10 people to take the class so that everyone can see
what’s going on and ask questions

Bill will discuss theory and have handouts, but mainly you will watch and
help as Bill actually installs the system.


You will get the most out of this class if you:
already own a diesel car
already use biodiesel
are mechanically inclined


Everyone must register and pay in advance. The class is $20.00.


What to bring: Notepad and writing utensil
Clothes that can get dirty
Some snacks or beverage to share
Warm cloths and a hat.
