I would say San Francisco, as I just returned from visiting there on vacation.
Lots of people
were enjoying the cool weather outdoors in Golden Gate Park and at other places
by the
bay! It was cool enough that I actually wore long sleeves and a jacket while
watching
fireworks at Fisherman's Wharf on July 4.
However, in the Dallas area, a good place to have a picnic is inside a barbecue
restaurant
-- say, Spring Creek Barbecue! :-) 'Twould be foolish to do anything outside
when the
temperature may hit 100 degrees or more.
I suggest this fun outing that would be appropriate on July 20: "lunar
mini-golf" at one of
the malls or at Main Event.
