TBG17 has not yet published their next set of Core Components for
comment so I would like to recommend that we review the document
"CCTS-ImplementationRules.zip" at tomorrow's conference call.

This document has just been posted to the WG site. It contains a
summary of the implementation decisions we've made regarding
Unqualified Data Types and Qualified Data Types. Some of these
will be a review of things we've already covered but there will
also be a few new issues that deserve some discussion. We will
also try to work through some of the open issues identified in
this document.
