August 2005: Conference on New Research in
Orgonomy
The Orgone
Biophysical Research Laboratory will be hosting a 2-day Conference on
Orgonomy in Summer 2005. New research findings on the natural
scientific and social aspects of Orgonomy - the new science
of life-energy functions in nature, as developed by the late Dr.
Wilhelm Reich in the first half of the 20th Century - will be
presented and discussed by diverse research professionals. This
is a first-time offering at OBRL, gathering some of the finest
researchers in the field of social orgonomy and orgone biophysics,
presenting their original ideas and experimental findings in an open,
but scientific and constructively-critical forum. The paper
presentations cover a broad range, from therapeutic work, to bion
research, to orgone accumulator and authentic cloudbuster experiments.
The Conference will be open to professionals, students and the general
public. Each presenter will discuss their findings, often with
graphical slides and demonstrations, with time for questions from the
audience. A Round-Table Discussion will also occur, among Conference
Presenters on special topics of interest (to be announced), to close
the Conference. A list of speakers is too lengthy for this short
description, but full details can be found at the Conference

July 2005: Seminar on Orgone Physics and the Cosmological
Ether-Drift
Instructor: James DeMeo,
Ph.D.
This
seminar will review the extensive original research papers of
ether-drift researchers, such as Albert Michelson, Dayton Miller,
Georges Sagnac and Yuri Galaev, all of whom obtained positive
evidence for ether and ether-drift. Differences between
static-abstract and dynamic-tangible ether concepts and theories will
be emphasized. Wilhelm Reich's original orgone-physical findings and
his theory of Cosmic Superimposition will be detailed, with his
experiments on the orgone accumulator thermal anomaly,
electroscopical-discharge anomaly, and other properties of the orgone
energy as determined through atmospheric/cloudbusting research. The
two sets of findings, on orgone and ether, will be over-viewed,
critiqued and integrated. Other related research as from Giorgio
Piccardi and the newer discoveries on seasonal variations in
"dark matter" in space, and newly discovered
"energy-matter streams" in open space - reminiscent of
Reich's orgone energy streams - will be discussed, highlighting
their similarities. The integrated findings resolve many mysteries in
contemporary astrophysics, while undermining "big-bang"
creationism and Einstein's relativity. Click here for more

Faculty: Richard Blasband, M.D. and James DeMeo,
Ph.D.
Covering the following general
topics:
- Wilhelm
Reich's Discovery of Bions (microscopic orgone energy vesicles) &
the Cancer Biopathy: An Overview.
- Living
versus Dead Microscopical Preparations.
- Issues
in high magnification light microscopy (~5,000x).
- Orgone
(life) energy functions in physiology & immunity.
- Lab
demonstration and microscopical observations of bions from both living
and non-living materials; discussion of bionous disintegration
("apoptosis"), sterile techniques.
- Problems
and controversies; recent discovery and observation of bion-like
structures by other scientists.
-
Techniques and procedures for the Reich Blood Test for red blood cell
vitality; interpretation of results.
-
Participants encouraged to bring their own microscopes; other
microscopes will be available for group display of
samples.

In-Depth Course on General Orgonomy - meeting
each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Instructor: James DeMeo,
Ph.D.
This
3-week Program will provide lectures, discussions and demonstrations
of apparatus in the mornings, and independent student projects in the
afternoon, using the facilities of the lab.
