If you haven't seen this, it is well worth the look.  Actually, as you read this email, you are sitting in front of a computer, probably inside a building with only a few windows, or no windows.  Hence, you are subjected to a daily, life-long deterioration of your health just from that alone.  If this does not make any sense, then you really do need to learn about Dr. Ott's work.
