There is a Files link here on the ooBug group. If you follow that
you should get to links for the latest biolab software as well as
the latest version of the manual.
The manual gives a decent intro into the programming. Otherwise you
need to look at the ooPic manual on that site for more details on
the programming language.
I hope oobug.com gets going again too. I hope this helps though,
