Definitely contact the board house you want to use. Some get very annoyed with
submissions that are obviously two boards merged into the same gerber file. They
may feel you are trying to get around their pricing structure. Others are fine
with this and many like to do the file merge themselves. Best results are from
working with the vendor to get the array you want.
