I just installed ora 10g on two Win2K machines.

On one machine I couldn't bring the Enterprise Manager up.

I checked Administrative Tools\Services to see if
if dbconsole was running, and noticed that it was
missing.

Any recommendations on how I would begin to troubleshoot?
