The document for Public Review Issue #113, UTS #10: Unicode Collation
Algorithm has been updated to second draft. The report is available here:

The second draft of the proposed update for 5.1 includes the following
changes:

* Clarified use of contractions in Section 3.2 Default Unicode Collation
Element Table and Section 3.1.1.2 Contractions

* Added information about the use of parameterization (Section 5.1
Parametric Tailoring),

* Added Section 8.1 Collation Folding

* In Section 8 Searching and Matching, added new introduction and
explained special cases.

Due date for comments to the current draft is: 2007/10/16.
