The word 'PAO' means 'Peace and Inner Strength Through Unity'. It originates from a language that's spoken by a civilization of advanced land Cetaceans living in the Cetus star system. Composed of six planets, it's approximately 800 Light Years from our Sun. Cetus is one of many members of the Galactic Federation.
The Galactic Federation, or GF, is a group of hundreds of thousands of extraterrestrial races who work cooperatively for the advancement of Peace and Light in the Milky Way Galaxy. They are now actively working with many people on Earth to help divert us from our planet's current, destructive path.
Since a young age, Sheldan Nidle has been in direct contact with the GF, and was asked to relay messages to Earth's people, in order to help coordinate current related work, and the events that are planned.
Sheldan also receives messages from Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy, which includes many of the ascended masters who have walked the planet. Jesus (aka Sananda Esu Immanuel), St. Germain, Buddha and others, who work together with the GF for the benefit of Mother Earth and her people, pass on information through Sheldan.
