Folks,

This morning, Miles had a question about printer drivers for an older
Lexmark printer. I searched the website during our meeting and couldn't
find anything. I even tried Google.com without meaningful results.

I just tried the search phrase:
"site:www.lexmark.com z32"
at www.google.com
This phrase used Google to search the Lexmark website. Google obviously
does a better job than Lexmark's own search feature.

The first entry in the results has a link to printer drivers that leads to
this page:
http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:287:0:0

I think we are going to see many products that are no longer supported due
to age and many more that will not be supported by Windows Vista.
