PGPNET is an encrypted discussion list. Members use PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) or GnuPG (Gnu Privacy Guard) to discuss cryptography, anonymous remailers, nyms, privacy, computer security and other subjects of interest. Since a primary goal of PGPNET is to provide a forum where members can practice using encryption software, nothing is off-topic.

We encourage members to encrypt and sign their posts but understand that new members may need assistance installing and setting up their encryption software. Unencrypted messages seeking such help are permitted and encouraged. Users of all skill levels are welcome. There is no such thing as a dumb question on this list!
