This is a monthly reminder of guidelines for members of the PowerGrade Users
Group (PGUG).
* To receive postings in one daily digest and change other membership settings,
click "Edit My Membership" from the PGUG home page.
* To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to:
PGUG-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
* When posting a message, please state what version of PowerSchool/PowerGrade
you are using along with what OS version. Other specifics, such as web browser
version and server hardware configuration are also useful.
* Attachments are not allowed and will be stripped from your message. To share
files, please upload them to the files section of the site.
* Please ZIP files and upload them to the proper folder in the Files area. If
the file may be useful to all members, place it in the National folder, but if
it is very specific to a state, place it in that state's folder.
* Please post a message explaining the purpose of any file you upload.
* When uploading a report template, please also upload a pdf of the output. Give
it the same name as the template, but with a .pdf suffix.

* Please don't use the auto-reply feature of your email client when you are out
of the office.
